Well what can I say very disappointed with this place been going there for years and everything‘s been perfect except today I ordered broccoli Rob that was not broccoli Rob was mushy and very small portions and I ordered the same dish four days ago and it was unbelievable and then when I called to tried to return it or asked for a replacement the employee got annoyed with me and asked me to return it I drove down and dropped the food off and said don’t be annoyed with me here’s your your broccoli Rob and sausageI will not go there and because if you have a bad experience they’re not the type of employee’s that make it right
I live hometown it’s my favorite pizza hands down. I always get the spinach tomato and ricotta. The slices have always been better than a fresh pizza. I moved to New Britain and we decided to get two pizzas and boy was I disappointed. It like they totally changed to a different type of pizza. On top of that the pizza wasn’t even cut.
While the community has great things to say about this restaurant, I found myself underwhelmed. When I try a new pizza place, I get the same Pizza. They didn't do as well as other restaurants I've tried in town. I may try it once more, or I may not. I'm always looking for a new favorite.
Excellent deal on a large pizza and salad. HUGE pizza, lots of toppings, and delicious. Even during busy times, delivery doesn't seem to take very long.
Always excellent customer service and the pizza was delicious, got the Buffalo slice and Chicken Bacon Ranch, soo good!
I was hungry for some duffalo chicken spicy pizza just didn't want a whole pizza. To my surprise hometown pizza had slices of this pizza for sale. Very good and very reasonable priced. I will be going to hometown from now on. Thanks again.
Awesome Buffalo chicken pizza (no sauce 'white') and garlic knots. Nice size portions.
We ordered delivery and they forgot my cappicolla grinder. We called them and they said they would bring it right away. Not only did they bring the new grinder they brought the extra one that was left behind. Wonderful experience and the food was great.
The best Margherita pizza everywhere I had just moved to bristol the first time I tried it back a few months ago and it was hands down the best I've ever had !!!! Grinders are fire too this is the only place in Bristol ill order from every other place is ??
