Had the most wonderful experience today at Bristol Friendly’s. While participating in a community outing we stopped in for lunch. We were met with kindness, engagement, and amazing customer service by Penney. She took the time to meet and greet every individual out with us and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Smiles were had all around and we hope to return with our Summer Program again!
Horrible food, I ordered a quesadilla and the side of lettuce was all brown and disgusting. What can of people is working here that put in the plate old brown lettuce, I complained with the waitress but they didn’t apply any discount, my husband food was disgusting too!! Never eating there again
I ordered my daughter's dinner curbside delivery to be quick, I waited 20 mins and went inside to nobody knowing anything. I finally get my good and its wrong! I return it to see them making ice cream with extremely dirty appliances and dirty gloves just thrown on the counters!! Not even close to sanitary! I requested a refill after seeing how my food was being prepared and I'm still waiting for it! I'm gonna call corporate.
I usually don't leave reviews but I was blown away by my experience here! All of the waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were all very friendly! We even had the pleasure of meeting the manager - Jen - who was OUTSTANDING. The cleanliness, atmosphere, speed, & presentation were all on point! I will definitely be returning - and soon!
Horrible attention to details when it comes down to getting orders ready for delivery. Have had too may multiple experiences where an item is missing or someone just forgot to give my order to the delivery driver. The support I get from Friendly's is like using sandpaper on sand
Was kind of disappointed . It wasn’t that busy. Friday night around 7 pm . Got our appetizer, mozzarella sticks (which were frozen, sent them back didn’t get them until our meal showed up) Got the lobster and pasta for my meal , bowl was hot, as if it was microwaved but my food was Luke warm, sent that back. Is it rude to say I was kind of expecting something . For everything that went wrong I had to pay full price. Funny thing the GM I do believe was on the property and allowed this to happen. Plus since when do they charge .25 for a slice of lemon for your water. Be a long time before I consider going back to that location.
Yesterday I stopped in with my spouse and our children for dinner. The dining room was very busy, but your employee Kaylee was very attentive and amazingly friendly with my family! I was very pleased with her service as well as Josh who was such an amazing help. I would highly recommend dining at your restaurant! We had such exceptional service from these two wonderful employees!
Had no idea what to do with the family on this extremely hot day with my family so the first thing that I was thinking was ice cream. Friendlys on route 6 in Bristol was definitely the right choice!!!! Service was amazing,the food and ice cream was amazing and the atmosphere was amazing just to relax and make the day better. Definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if you have kids
A friend took me to this location for helping her out with a move. Kaylee took our order correctly she was nice the cooks however messed up our order still put lettuce an tomatoes on my sandwich no added onions in friend salad plus all juices were out! Even after sending sandwich back it came to me with pieces of lettuce on it which means they just picked off what I didn't want an reheated the sandwich! Apparently a guy named Jamal don't know how to do his job! The only person who was great was Kaylee even their manager was rude when we told him what happened! Never will I eat at any friendlys! If I had allergies an he pulled that then what would have happened!?
Made a visit one afternoon since with my partner, he loves the chicken tenders and French fries but decided to go out on a limb and get the Buffalo chicken wrap, when it came out it was drenched with Buffalo sauce and wet looking and completely unable to eat. I give this review 5 stars because the store manager(wish I remember her name) came out and took one look at the plate and immediately knew what was wrong, she apologized, comped my partners meal and even offer us a free half gallon of ice cream. Thank you for being professional, thank you for being great at what you do, I sure hope Friendly's knows what a great employee they have you are absolutely an asset to this company and a standard for true customer service. THANK YOU!!
