This location is the worst of all the Dunkins in Bristol. Poor service, weekend employees are non attentive to customers and repeatedly make mistakes on orders. They are too busy with their cells and talking to each other to do their job. Please close this location and open a real dunkin store nearby.

I asked for a hot chocolate with milk and 1 sugar and they didnt give me neither. I ordered a coffee with hazelnut swirl and i got Vanilla. They dont listen i repeated myself multipe times and they still got my order wrong and it was not the first time.

Well let's just say this I'm happy with dunkin'. Let's face it they make a good cup of Joe, the price is good and they know how to make your order. Unlike others out there. I won't say any names but they cost a lot of bucks..
I ordered on the app this morning a multigrain flat bread with veggie cream cheese and they gave me a non toasted multigrain with nothing on it. It looks like they put a spot of cream cheese. Disgusting. Can’t even do something simple.
They need to get better help!!! I picked up an ice coffee, and a wake up wrap with Sausage, Egg, and Cheese...so I open the bag, and there's the wrap with melted cheese, and the egg & sausage were sitting outside the wrap, at the bottom of bag, NOT IN THE SANDWICH!!!Seriously People, Get your s**t together, and do your job right!
