To be honest my food did not taste fresh. It tasted as if it was reheated from being cooked the other day. I'm very disappointed, considering I just spent almost $70. I ordered 2 combo orders of shrimp lo mein with boneless BBQ ribs and beef teriyaki. Sadly I won't be ordering from here again. I literally contemplated leaving this review because the staff were very nice and friendly on phone and delivery person, but, I just can't justifying wasting $70 of my hard earned money. Especially now in days money is tight for everyone, and when you try to support a local business but the quality just isn't there.

Picked up the sesame chicken for lunch today and it was satisfying. I've been looking for a replacement since Wah Lung bought New Nice, as I'm not fond of Wah Lung's style. Suffice to say, China Kitchen will become my regular restaurant for chinese food

This place is awful. They gave us burnt fried wontons. The rice is gross, absolutely no flavor at all. There are better places to go in the area. Avoid the place!

Don’t ever use this place if I could give a zero I would. Ordered from this place food was cold and disgusting looking. Called to have the food picked up, owner came to pick up food and threatened to call 911 on me because I asked for a refund. Called both police departments to make a report about the threat. I would suggest no one ever order from this place. Food is old greasy and disgusting looking. Order at your own risk. Wow what a way to be treated by the owner of this establishment because one complained about the subpar food .

No flavor and dry

Eat at your own risk. Food greasy looking. Not fit to eat. Called to complain owner came to pickup food very rude and threatened to call 911 because I asked for a refund. Never order from this place. Food old and customer service from owner just as bad. Can you imagine a owner calling911 because customer complained about disgusting food? Will never use this place again. I wold suggest you don’t either

Great food but they close wayyyyyyy to early. 9:00 on a Friday and Sat. They have to be losing money smh

Update 09/2021: I stopped ordering from this place for a while, especially after the nasty reviews as of late. But I didn’t feel like cooking one day so decided to order. The food didn’t taste too bad. It came pretty quickly and was still hot when I got it. The next day, I started to notice that every time I ate it, I got sick. I asked my friend who ordered with me if she was having the same issue, and she was. So I know it wasn’t just me. I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but it has gone downhill. I hope they’ll change their ways soon, but I won’t be ordering again for a while.Original review: I have been going to this place for Chinese food for over 15 years now. I have never had an issue with long waits for delivery or pick up. Their food is awesome. However, they did change their recipe for the fried rices within the last few years and it just tastes like oil and I'm not a fan of those anymore unless they go back to their original recipe. This is why I gave them only 4/5 stars. Also, make sure you tell them how spicy you want dishes like General Tso's, otherwise it's more sweet than spicy.I don't know why everyone is complaining about times. I just ordered from them for lunch and it only took 30 minutes even though I was told 45 minutes. The lady on the phone was very nice and answered my questions. The General Tso's was delicious as usual, but if you want spice make sure to tell them at least medium spiciness, but was a little dry not a lot of sauce. The chicken fried rice did not have the oily flavor to the rice thankfully. Beef and broccoli was delectable, but a few hard spots in the beef. Egg roll was a little oily, but you have to wrap it in a paper towel before eating it to get a little of the oil out, but the flavors of the cabbage and pork was still there. Steamed veggies was also delicious and very filling with the rice and sauce. Chicken finger were so delicious and hot (the best way to eat them).

Great service good selection of food. Always tastes good.

First we noticed after ordering, that every florescent light fixtures had many dead bugs in it, I mean Many... Cob weds in ceiling corners. Window seal was dusty. Front waiting area had boxes and boxes of overstock styrofoam cups and plates sitting on Coca-Cola grates, these boxes I'm sure are a nesting area for roaches. Appearance is Everything...We also noticed that the lady behind counter didn't wear gloves. We watched a couple of times where she grabbed frozen egg rolls and tossed them into the fryer, after handling money. Finally after 20 minutes $31.64 later, our food was ready. We still figured maybe we should still give it a chance. We took the food home. We found that they don't even give you any Fortune Cookies. The Boneless Spare Ribs were reheated instead of being fresh.I first will contact the Bristrol Health Department to inspect this place. Then I will give it another try in about 2 months.
