Hot dogs were great. Burger was totally messed up. When I took it back for the toppings I had asked for, the snotty girl commented “oh everything? maybe I should put on some mozzarella sticks too”. Maybe if they had gotten the order right on the first place, there wouldn’t have been a problem. I still have the receipt. It said everything I had ordered. It’s the attitude I didn’t like. AND it wasn’t busy.
Tried their buttered lobster roll. (1st time) Delicious!! Considering the prices everywhere that have increased it's worth the $20. Also tried their Strawberry Lemonade..delicious! I've grown up with Buster's hotdogs and today's visit was great!
Sooo good God I missed this place. Friendly people. Delicious and fresh made. best hotdogs, clamstrips omg. I can't say enough!!
Wanted a "Michigan"hotdog which they are known for and at 5pm the sauce was not ready. Coffee milkshake turn out to be vanilla and the fries were ice cold. The place is run very badly. When you stand in line for a 1/2 hour and there is only 6 people ahead of you , you know your in trouble. Honestly the place is the worst , the women there have no idea on how to run it.
We're out of Michigan sauce for the Michigan hot dogs. Bummer. Had a Chicago hot dog - was OK. Banana shake was made from syrup instead of real bananas.
Just went there last Sunday ( 5/8/22) & we ordered 2 hotdogs ——NASTY !!! They tasted like they were sitting on the grill for hours —-chewy , tough skin, dried out !! Never going back !
Can't wait for the season to start! Busters is absolutely one of the best burger and shake places to visit!! Not open yet for takeout but its coming!!!! #goodthingscometothosewhowait
Buster's is a summer staple in Bristol. Who cares that it's cash only? If you know and have the opportunity to be prepared ahead of time, why complain? The food is very typical of a drive-in and has never disappointed but the service IS hit or miss. Sometimes the staff doesn't care and it's very obvious and other times, the service is outstanding. We go for the food, not the service since you pretty much wait on yourselves at a drive-in.
The food is not too bad but the workers are rude and can’t take an order. Ordered a sandwich and not one but 2 incorrect orders. When I called to tell them the nave on the phone rudely told me he wasn’t remaking the sandwich again even though I was calling just to inform them it was wrong AGAIN. Been there about 5 times and have never gotten a correct order. Definitely never going back.
Haven't been here in over 15 years, its changed alot since back then, still good but not like I remember it.
