Place was terrible no service took me 10 mins to get my drink while the waitress was rude took me 30 mins to get my food just for it to be raw and over cooked sent it back and got a new one and it was terrible
Overall great experience at 99 in Bristol, CT. Our server, Ryan, was super friendly, upbeat and really attentive throughout the entire meal. Sweet potato haddock had 2 decent sized pieces of fish and came with a salad and rice as sides. Fish was cooked just right. It's a unique combo to have the sweet potato crusted topping, might not be for everyone, but it worked for us. 16oz. sirloin tips, came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Tips were cooked medium and were tender. Both entrees were served hot. Menu has lots of choices and with the great service, 99 is a good option for dinner.
So wife and I always have a good meal and service is always very good. Sirloin tips, the best! There curbside order ahead is great too.
I have been coming here once a week for years now and the atmosphere that Alex has created is miraculous. I have watched week after week and year after year as every single customer that walks in says the same thing" Hi Alex!". I can't remember the last time I saw someone at the bar that didn't know him or that he didn't know. In today's ever changing world, Alex has been a staple of this community for over 20 years.When I think of 99, the first thing that comes to mind is Alex greeting you as you walk though the door. Keep up the amazing work Sir!
Last night my husband and I went to the 99 restaurant in Bristol. We had such a great time. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! We ate at the bar and the bartender Alex was great as usual!! My husband and I have been going to 99 in Bristol for years and we are always so happy when Alex waits on us. He’s so customer focused, attentive and personable. We always have several laughs and feel like we are dining with friends when he’s there!! When we think of 99 we think of Alex!! If you want great service ask for him because it’s a guarantee!!

The food is very good for a big chain restaurant. Their staff is friendly and inviting when you enter. They perform well under pressure with busy times. Its not a long wait and they get you seated right away. Overall good job you guys.
Normally it’s great but today the chicken came out dry and they forgot the bacon on the salad . Disappointed

Just got talked to by management, over hearing my conversation with another client, thinking I was negative about change in bartender at 99 in Forestville, ct. I was then stop your management ,to overhearing which was wrong. Then a client came after me, ????stating I was a b**** ? May be the last time I go there, Don't know WHT HAPPENED, Just that I got attacked by your management and a cleint....Just went in for lunch and Beer,,,,What is wrong with this pic
