Personally have to say this is my favorite fast food place, they really pay attention the timing on the food they are serving..
The New Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich is an experience for your mouth to behold. When you first bite in you get hit with sweet notes of onions and honey. This is followed by the salty, savory flavor of the fried chicken, which is engulfed by a habanero-like heat. This spiciness lingers with you as you encounter the beautifully tangy sour sensation of the pickle.Excellent customer service at this Wendy's and the food was made perfectly.Spicy chicken nuggets and fries were crispy and fresh.Five dollar bundle is a steal, considering you get a double-stack, 4 piece nuggets, fries, and a drink.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wow one of the best fast food place in Bridgeport CT . The only thing is the wait! But I think is worth waiting because the food is always nice a fresh and the staff very polite!!
Little pricey but food good. Staff nice but they were experiencing a little situation. Still they rose to the occasion and I enjoyed the food with my grandkids.
Horrible service, If you dont like your job get a new one. Receipts are commonly used by people who keep track of spending for work. So when I ask for a receipt dont get all aggravated and act like I asked you to clean the restroom
Uber drivers beware!!! As I reached for a paper tray for the drinks of one of my orders a nasty employee ripped the trays away from me. I explained my cup holders were full from a different order, and the lady responded saying ‘they’re for paying customers only’ and cackled, completely satisfied with how unnecessarily rude she just was.
Terrible service, four customers waiting in line, the employees do not care about attending the register, more than 20 minutes waiting, it should have an experienced manager who knows how to organize the workers well, the manager has no skill or to express yourself, terrible attention. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, I hope that the owners of Wendys can solve this problem.
The worst fast food place in CT. Even at non peak hours you'll be lucky to get your food from the drive thru in under 30 minutes. If you go during lunch or dinner times expect an hour wait for the drive thru if you can even get in. When the line of cars gets too long it's impossible to even get in the parking lot and the line starts spilling into the intersection of a main road.If you're lucky enough to get inside the employees will ignore you while they gossip about personal problems and complain about how they don't like thier jobs.I deliver with GrubHub and this is the only restaurant I decline orders from. There have been multiple times where I can see the completed order behind the counter but the employees ignore me making the delivery take 10 to 20 minutes longer than it could have been.There was an employee standing at the counter that wouldn't even look at me when I was trying to ask about an order I was picking up. I put my phone on the counter so they could see the name and they just walked away. I ended up standing around in the store for 10 more minutes for an order that was already done. This has happened more than once.It would be better if this location was shut down. I care about this store the same amount that the employees care about their jobs.
Food was good, but the service was awful. Ordering in line in the store took over a half hour as the staff was more focused on serving the drive thru & people that ordered on their app?
They cheat you with the bacon. They never put 6 pieces of bacon on your breakfast baconater. 3 or 4 pieces EVERY time
