I've bought twice from this place, first they didn't deliver and didn't cancel my app, until today I didn't receive my refund, the second time they sent me the wrong order and missing the extras I paid, I'll never buy from this place again
Truly amazing subway restaurant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They always get your order right and are happy to serve you. No other subway gives outstanding service like this one.
The wood ave and suburban ave subway is a hidden gem. Unlike the black rock tpke subway and the villa ave subway the w/s subway has employees who are trained to serve customers and exuberantly and correctly listen to customer requests. The w/s subway has across the board cheaper prices and a better drink selection. Become the person who watches the other subway besides w/s handle money then directly go make another order. The lack of training at subway should become an issue. That is why w/s is worth a special trip.

I went online using the app and ordered a tuna sandwich meal. I then ordered 2 additional sodas, the app charged me over $30.00 for 3 tuna meals I tried to call immediately and cancel and they did not answer the phone for 30 minutes in which case I was charged over $33.00 for a tuna sandwich. They refused to credit me for the mishap. This subway and the subway app will screw you if you make a mistake. There is no grace period to void or change your illegitimate order. Buyer beware. Subway lost a 50 year loyal customer with there new bogus app that does not offer a shopping cart to allow viewing your order before you hit send. Good buy subway enjoy the $33.00 you ripped me off for. Hello jersey mikes you will make $1000.00s of dollars with me as a former subway customer who refuses to get ripped off by a billion dollar corporation.

Horrible location, cancelled my doordash after getting my order wrong in the first place. Ignored the phone when I had called back inquiring about my order, meanwhile I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. Go F yourselves.
