Drive through was quick and easy (8PM)person over speaker phone was very friendly . They were out of lemonade and “crème base” for frap but was nice enough to offer suggestions .
The drive through here is really bad. I read the reviews while I was waiting in the car. It took 20+ mins to get my order. So do think about before making a quick stop here for your coffee.
Very poorly trained employees including the store manager.They couldn’t make the drink I order right; I complained and was attended with a very bad attitude from the whole staff in the store.The brand is very poorly represented by this store in particular location.
Ordered ahead for walk in, arrive to find they lied and it's only drive thru which is a disaster since it takes forever so poorly designed.Don't waste your time and money
Terrible experience on the drive thru line. Took forever and we eventually left without ordering. Very stressful when you are trying to make the ferry.
Consistently the worst Starbucks experience. 30+. Minutes in the drive thru waiting for orders. Not a one time experience. I can see my order on the counter in front of the barista, but it's up to them when to open the window, grab it and hand it to you. It's like they make the line wait on purpose. Wait while they chit chat. This isn't a hold on until I finish one task and get to you.
It's a Starbucks. I usually don't review national chains but the employees were very nice here. Great customer service and clean bathrooms, with a very convent location right off the freeway!
Location convenient but the longest drive thru line so if you don't have that much time then don't go here. Coffee and breakfast sandwich good tho but customer service at window for pickup was awful. I said thank you 2x, no response. I said have a great day, nothing at all back, not even a smile. Girl who took my drive thru order was great tho. If you are going to face customers at least smile at them.
shout out all the employees at this starbucks. they work hard. they keep a friendly demeanor despite the challenges and do their best to make you happy.
20 min wait, but also to be expected during morning rush hour. Staff was very pleasant also ordering through the mobile app helps speed the process along.
