This restaurant is horrible customer service was disgusting i paid 13 for birria tacos and I was served A small portion of meat wrapped with cheese there was no cilantro there was no radish there was no onions and the broth was horrible Do not order food from this restaurant
The horchata tasted water down and the food was ehh. Completely edible but just ehh. The tacos were so bland I thought I had Covid.
If I were you… I would change the way I speak to the clients. Because let’s not forget.. we give you the business and just like that we can shut you down! and I can tell this isn’t the first time due to the reviews. So if you don’t want to lose people change the way you run this place!
Waitresses are extremely rude
Wack! I ordered way before closing time on door dash and it’s still not time for them to close. & they never confirmed my order in fact they closed last earlier than the time online shows. Waited almost an hour for my food just for them to not confirm it. Never ordering from here again! Lost a customer. Didn’t even attempt to send my money back. Scam

Do not, I repeat do not order their “birria tacos” if you’re looking forward to the actual dipping sauce. They are nothing like the how the taco trucks make them in New Haven. This restaurant’s dipping sauce didn’t have any beef, cilantro or flavor at all. It was just plain old tomato sauce! I think they need to be taught the correct way because this is NOT IT!!!!!
birria tacos were soggy and cold. nobody spoke english there. if you work in customer service, there shouldn’t be only people who speak spanish there. i called to ask for my money back, and they only gave me half. service was terrible and the delivery driver was rude. never again.
we ordered the tacos de birria from uber eats, and they went the wrong meal . we called to sort it out and hopefully get the right meal and the last was loud and obnoxious, talking to multiple people at once while we are on the phone. screaming over the phone at us like a banchee. also couldn’t speak english. she knew what happened because she clearly stated this mixup has happened before she should’ve offered an exchange and been done with it. ALSO she hung up while i was in the middle of my sentence. never ordering from here again, 0/10 do not recommend. order anywhere else.
