The worse customer service of fast food history. Everyone there is just plain rude and slow. They made me wait 15 mins in the parking lot for chicken tenders.. never came out with my food like they said they would. I went inside and the staff was just standing there talking and slowly preparing food without any gloves on… will def not return here… ever again lol

If I could give zero stars I would. I was there 45 minutes ago- ran in bc I hadn’t eaten yet today and I figured a quick easy chicken tender fix would do the trick. Stood there for 15 minutes, someone came in after me and was served before me, I nicely mentioned I had gotten there first (which the guy who had just walked in should have said) and received the dirtiest look from the kitchen employee. The two women gave me foul looks and i was told she could take both of our orders at the same time. Five minutes later the man who walked in before me promptly got his food…and 20 minutes later I got my “fast food” plain chicken tenders. Will never go back. Service sucks- no one deserves dirty looks when they’re perfectly polite and just hungry.

That street is too dangerous to have to pull in the parking lot to wait for food. You should always have honey fully stocked.Biscuits mean honey honey means more biscuits. Thank you so much for your service

The food is always hot and fresh. They work very hard and fast here. My only complaint is that I ordered a 3 piece and only got 2.

Absolutely disgusting! The shrimp was hard as a rock like it was sitting out for hours or even if it’s a day or two old and my side was missing along with POOR customer service

Terrible service, staff moving at snails pace. The server almost messed up my order, good thing I was watching what she was doing… I ordered 10 piece chicken only, she got the box counted out the chicken then put the box down to grab a bag. Then picked up a different box of chicken tenders and handed it to me. I pointed it out and she had to have one of her coworkers help her, giving attitude the whole time. Not a good experience.

Ordered food through the drive through ordered chicken nuggets and tenders, paid for our meal and they told us to leave and come back in 6 mins… so we waitied 6 minutes got back in the drive thru and then waitied an additional 20 minutes. When we finally got to the window our food still wasn’t ready and we were told to drive around AGAIN, to which we said absolutely not. We had already waited 20 minutes and then had to wait another 10 minutes at the drive thru window and they gave us the wrong soda and the female manager was extremely rude. I work in the food industry and I understand being under staffed but it takes 4 minutes to fry chicken

They don't cancel/reject uber orders when "out of food" so there will be countless drivers assigned that have to drive to the restaurant and cancel themselves. They also regularly forget to add pieces of food.Update 4/22/2022: This has now happened three times

Young and untrained people working their shifts. Lack customer service and professionalism. No place to wait if your order is delayed. You have to come out of driveway, back to the street, then get back on the drive through line. Person raking ordered seemed confused.
