Went late night got the worst hardly edible chicken no strawberry jelly only had one side gave me grape jelly that was liquid and the biscuits was dog hard gave it two stars they were nice gave me a extra wing extra biscuit by the time I noticed food being basado I was already on the Highway ?
North Ave bridgeport is the best one chicken taste better and freshest. Don't do Fairfield ave it's not worth it.
Ordinary Friday night, shortly after 9pm. The rack was overflowing with chicken but somehow the spaced-out kid and his superior at the front desk were working in slow-motion and managed to fill just one order in 15 minutes. Many of the choices on the menu screens had no prices, and the staff didn't know what the current prices for some items were until they were rung up (and the prices have risen A LOT). The guy in front of me finally left in disgust, and after I finally got a chance to order and learned that the 5-pc $7.99 special was now $9.11, with $2.00 more to upgrade to 3 breasts, I left too. It used to be good, but my last few visits were progressively worse which is not a good sign.
Basically hell….no sauce, no spicy chicken. no coke, and no red beans and rice which is called rice and beans in this place. Wrong. The order taker screams at you and is terrifying. All of this lack of service and availability is still expensive and you must wait in long lines. This place exemplifies American decline. There is absolutely no reason to come to this restaurant. I’m surprised that I wasn’t shot. I shan’t ever return to this place. Atrocious!
They gave me old chicken, greasy and hard, I was very disappointed, especially after spending 22 dollars,for a 3 piece and a chicken sandwich, they had no soda, and gave me lemonade.. unbelievable...
Employees are nice and polite. The food is decent when they have what is on the menu or what you actually ordered though
Ordered 2x this week and every time forgot an item in my order. I called and their response was "oh yeah we're busy, it happens" ..Asked for NO pickles and of course there was. I already contacted corporate office about this location. Sad when you cant get a fast food order correct.
Okay so I have been to alot of Popeyes and this far the best I have ever went to. The customer service here is great and they do care about what you have to say. The manager that was on duty and the front end employee's were welcoming.Let me not forget the food was had and juicy, it was not like the one in waterbury where 90% of the time its dried out or they simply don't care.Congrats to this team right here, keep up the good work.
I thought I learned my lesson the first time coming here but I guess not. I bit myself in the butt area again on this one. Slowest service I ever received. You should be a tad bit nicer to your customers, I guess I’m expecting too much for Popeyes chicken staff. You have to fix the entrance situation: there’s no reason why a cross walk should be in the middle of the driveway, last time I’m ever going back. No HONEY FOR MY BISCUITS!!!? This is blasphemy!!!
