This place used to be good but after the new management it really went downhill I ordered a cheese pizza & there was soo much dough and pretty much NO cheese the one topping I asked for I also ordered a salad and the grilled chicken was tough & rubbery. A new chef is definitely needed!
This was my favorite place to order pizza and wings, however last week when I placed an order on Monday Sept 6(labor day) we got sick..I placed an order thru the allhungry system that they use and I wrote them in regards to my order and they said call the restaurant after playing email games not trying to deal with matter because I requested a refund for my family and I getting sick from food. I called the restaurant and the man that answered had a thick accent and I asked him his name and he said I'm the Baker why? I said is that the way you speak to your loyal customer? He was very nasty and snooty. I let him know we got sick from order and I wanted a refund. My gosh when I said thus he really got nasty and started saying things out his mouth I'm not gonna repeat and i said things back. .then he said not my problem, call the owner on Friday and he hung up! I never was so humiliated!!!!! I didn't call back, that was horrible . I never had an issue with this place, one thing I won't do is order anything from that place anymore!!!!!!! Since we couldn't come to a resolution, I will be doing a chargeback. My advice, don't you guys order from this place!!!!!!!???????

If I could give this place 0 out of 5 stars I would. The lady who took my order told me it would be to 4-5 minutes. 20 minutes later, I did not receive my pizza. I called and got attitude back. 1 hour later, I called and she told me to WAIT. I canceled my order and she didn’t even mind it and said “okay”. This leads me to know that she was never really on her way to deliver my pizza. If you do not believe me go ahead and call. I DO NOT recommend buying from this place.
The lady behind the counter is so rude. Throws your money, doesn't smile, won't look you in the eyes, not even a thank you or have a good day. Don't if it's cause I'm black, but anytime I went I felt unwanted
