Just stop. You won't regret it. Great atmosphere. Initially it may seem like a "townie" bar, but you'll be welcomed and appreciated by staff and patrons alike.The food is delicious. The kitchen is small, but their menu changes daily with traditional fare that's always freshly made.
Low key, friendly, neighborhood bar. Would be 5 stars if they had draft beer.

Went here Tuesday on a misguided drinking adventure, bartender Jenny made me a most excellent burger with bacon on it, I enjoy this place
If you see this place from the outside and decide to go in, you aren't allowed to write a one star review. It presents as a dive bar, and the prices & atmosphere don't disappoint. The staff is incredibly friendly, on a first name basis with the host of regulars, and will make sure to be inviting to newcomers and make them feel welcome. Thanks for great service, Matt!
I went to this hole in the wall bar while visiting CT after eating at fire engine pizza and man what a let down. First off WHAT BAR DOES NOT ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT payments. I was instructed to use the ATM and then returned to the bar to find my drinks made already with water down flavor. High priced for totally disgusting beverages. The scenery was like a drug manifested roach motel.
Went last night with my bestie and my bf, and not only did we feel immediately cozy and welcomed, Jenny, the bartender, was such a doll the whole time! She made the night fun, and made us feel like family. I think we have found ourselves a weekly drinking spot!
Stopped n for a quick lunch and ran into the day bartender. The most sarcastic, degrading person I have ever met. When I asked her for a menu, she told me that they didn't have one, and that it was on the wall, adding i"f you can read." Food was okay, greasy burger and fries. but this Kat person turned me off this place for good
