I called around 9:18 order chicken salad with garlic bread I called back at 10:11 the place was close never got my food and they toke the money out of my account ????
They market it as five star pizza and pasta but it’s actually Sisson Ave., Pizza shop under a different name on the food apps. Do not order pasta I repeat do not order pasta it is absolutely terrible!!!!!!!
Would be four star if our customer service wasn't horrible and pizzas weren't over priced

My family and I have been ordering from here for 13 years faithfully, only pizza we eat in Bridgeport. But yesterday I ordered and received the worst service. The man taking my order was rude and refused to repeat that I wanted the pizza cut into squares because he didn’t want to do it. Then the delivery driver calls to confirm the address when I answer and provide a landmark he goes “I know that!” and hangs up in my face. I know holidays may be busy but you never treat your loyal customers this way. We’re the reason you’re still up and running!

I called and ordered a small half bacon , half sausage pizza and a grilled chicken salad when I received the order I received a half bacon , half chicken pizza before hanging up the phone the rude young girl never repeated my order to make sure it was correct. When I called to tell them that my order was made incorrectly the girl put me on hold three different times. When the young girl finally returned to the phone i then told her that my pizza was made incorrectly she told me I had to return the pizza when my new one got delivered mind you COVID is around and instead of me returning i told her that to let me keep . She then argued with me and became real rude on the phone. Don’t order from here
My favorite pizza place. I travel from Branford to Bridgeport just for chicken and broccoli.
Horrible customer service! Young Girl answer the phone was very rude. She got my order wrong then processed to tell me what I ordered! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here. Between the old lady and the young girl they both mess up order and have terrible attitudes!
I love the pizza and hot wings. Always so good. My family loves the food too especially my grandchildren. Go there and see for yourself.
