I've eaten their food twice now. As a pescatarian it's nice to have a store dedicated to my preference of eating! You can get healthy or gluttonous meals. There mash potatoes are a real comfort. I've had them twice now with sauteed shrimp. Yummy! I tried the spicy tuna fish sandwich with curly fries. The fries were nothing to write home to mom about but the sandwich was pretty good I must say. It came with a nice little sauce, reminded me of duck sauce, but better. I drizzled it in my sandwich, took it to another level. Only would maybe change the bread, it was a bit too firm, made for a sloppy bite. Good job though, a real gem.
Fresh food which is number one on our list of good eats. Staff is very polite and professional, and restaurant was clean and organized. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for quality and customer satisfaction.
Shrimp tacos....Wow!!! Made to order. All fresh ingredients ... I am really addicted to them. Filling & so satisfying. My husband got lobster mac 'n cheese and coconut shrimps. The weight of the mac 'n cheese was very HEAVY. The container was loaded. My husband couldn't finish it!!! LOLI stole 3 from his 7 LARGE Coconut shrimps..OMG!!!! While we waited for our meal, we enjoyed the wonderful gospel music playing. Super friendly staff, clean environment and affordable prices. Highly recommend Eat Fish Restaurant located in Bridgeport, CT.
Food was made fresh. Environment was clean and friendly. Definately Recommended eating here.
Food tasty and freshly cooked.
I heard about this restaurant from a coworker and decided to try it,and man! I was not disappointed my husband is a critic and if him say it nice bad !! Delicious! you most know. only thing he said was that the mash potato needed more shrimp only got 5. But I have been back since my first buy, hats off to the chef and the courteous staff at eat fish.
Food was really good. I heard there can be a huge wait sometimes but we were in on a Sunday at 14:00 and only waited ten minutes.
Great Quality food and service. Will revist whenever I'm in town.
The Caribbean stuffed Red Snapper dish was excellent....
My boyfriend and I were very excited to eat here based on all the good reviews, but our experience was disappointing. I ordered the cod fish sandwich with fries. The fries were delicious, but I cannot say the same for the sandwich. Very overpowering herb flavor in the tartar sauce and the seasoning on the fish overall was lackluster. I also don't feel ciabatta is the correct bread choice for a fish sandwich, but maybe it would've been better if it was toasted. My boyfriend got the jerk shrimp with cajun pasta and his penne was hard and the seasoning was below par. He didn't feel the jerk flavor was there at all. It's disappointing to spend $30 on a meal where the fries were the best part. Maybe it was just what we ordered, but I wouldn't eat here again unfortunately.
