They are pretty slow and not the best customer service. The drive-thru is so small the cars always block the street and cause traffic. The parking lot is not big either for the volume they have some days. From what is visible, I can say the place is fairly clean though. Since Paulette left years ago, it's gone downhill. She works with me now in finance, pursuing her degree. I always loved her customer service and as soon as we had an opening, I referred her for the job. She hasn't disappointed. Word to the current employees: Whether you like your job or not, you should always perform as if you love it and with pride. You never know if the next person in line is your future employer.
This DD is very nice. Nice staff, prices are consistent with other DD in the area. Clean restroom. ?

By far the worst when it comes to Customer Service. I go to this location because it's convenient and there has been times when the person at the drive up window is friendly and has a passion for the customer facing experience. Today I went there as usual and ordered a large coffee. I drive up to the window and as I'm handing the individual a $10 bill I ask how much is it. With a mask on it was very hard to hear so I asked again even though they took my money and gave me change. When I asked again they said to me "I ALREADY TOLD YOU HOW MUCH IT IS". I was shocked and said, "Sir / Ma'am you do not have to be rude." The response was "WELL, YOU ASKED ME THE SAME QUESTION TWICE AND I TOLD YOU". Finally I said, "listen, it is hard to hear you behind a mask. Please give me my receipt". Now the manager sees this and she just stands in the rear. She knows something isn't right but did not come to the window to find out what was going on. Management team - This is a heavy traffic area. Please please please do better in training "all" of your employees. If you see action at the window, don't just stand behind it and do nothing. Come to the situation and see what's going on. This isn't the first time I've had an incident at this location. The previous incident involved the employee keeping change that was due to me which I reported to the manager. We must do better!
Staff is always friendly and moves quickly
I don’t usually go to DD but when I am not able to make my own coffee I will drive through this location. It is just ridiculous how the employees there lack any sort of customer service skills! Additionally, I ask for more than two creamers for my coffee and very reluctantly the employee at the drive through “throws me” two more! These people need to be trained or fired! If you don’t want to work with the public, THEN DONT! But this will be the last time I visit this location. SICKENING!
Placed an order, one order came out before mine. Asked where my simple egg and cheese order was … ohhhh where making it . Another order comes out before mine again! Last time at this location ! Pick it up guys!!
Was there yesterday with my girlfriend,about 7pm, the person at the drive through window was EXCELLENT and pleasant to deal with! Our cold brews were made perfect! Awsome job keep up the good work!!

It’s as if you are doing them a favor by getting some coffee. I live down the street and don’t usually go here but when I do (out of convenience) , you can count on the experience to be negative. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I wish I could give it zero stars.
