This location is often crowded and busy. The staff are friendly and work hard.
Horrible service! I put 1 star because I had no choice but to be something. You never get what you order correctly no matter how many times you tell them. Today I decided to go inside since they can’t never get it right and I waited 15-20 minutes before anyone took my order and it was only that one person who already ordered in front of me then it took them another 15 minutes before someone finally decided to start making my food. I’m standing there waiting for something that hasn’t even been started yet and they’re standing there on their phones so the manager comes up and starts to make my food but she’s just as bad as them for allowing it
They just lost a customer, I wish I can rate this store 0 stars . Always messing up my order after I order $30 and up
3rd time. I gave this place a break, and i should have just stayed away. They need guidance here, people should not be waiting 15 mins for 1 coffee after being given a ln order, they forgot a coffee and we had to wait 15 mins before we decided to just get a refund in full. They need to understand that No One wants there food cold or hot beverage cold!Goto north and river st, its a walk in, but you get your stuff rite there and then. Or even Thomlinsons across the street!!!

Nice and clean and service was fast and the woman made my coffee good I go to different ones and it usually not enough sugar but this one was right on T
There is tons of garbage at the back door. I would be afraid to eat anything out of here.
Honestly worst Dunkin I have ever been to,Everytime I come they always take forever, even before the pandemic and always get the order wrong.
Seems like weekends are a problem for this Dunkin. Never have consistent positive experience. Always a 10 minutes or more wait just to get an order in, whether it be drive through or counter.
