Never have Midnight Coffee and service is terrible....this owner own Norwalk and downtown Bridgeport none have Midnight Coffee...is absurd Dunkin Donuts doesn't have dark rost or Midnight if doesn't have pls take off the menu....
It's the worst Dunkin donut I've been to worst service the coffee was bad and they seem to have all attitudes what's the point of working quit your job

Coffee was ok, but the service was terrible, I had 4 items to order at the drive thru and it felt as though the person who took the order was very reluctant to get the order.When the order was delivered, the donuts were wrong, when I asked about it she said "we don't have the kind you want" she just shrugged when I asked her, she should have told me when they took the order.
Grandkids love the Dunkin. Me too. Staff nice courteous. Donuts fresh. Coffee good. I'll go back again.

don’t go at night time they charged me 3 times for almost milk making my latte from 4 bucks to almost 7 on top of that didn’t know how to give me refund for it so I have to go back another day for my refund then I go home to drink my latter turns out no expresso (no coffee) just hot milk
Came in to pick up my mobile order and they weren’t busy. Was left standing no one asked me anything for like 5 minutes. Then I tell them I’m there for my order, they start making it. A woman behind the counter starts prepping my bagel and grabs her phone with her gloves on and continues to make the order and other orders. I tell them that I no longer want the bagel and explain why and she yells it’s one less thing to make. It’s disgusting and the attitude isn’t warranted.
The place has low amount of workers vs the amount of people that comes everyday I will not lie. Its mostly good days for me when I go there, yet the reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is due to the factor this place is known to either give out the wrong food items. I cannot eat Bacon or any red meat food items due to my dieting reasons, and the fact was I order an item to have veggies with egg white, no meat no cheese as stated on my order receipt, since I was in a rush to go to work I didn't have time to pre check my bag this trip. Upon opening the bad I seen that the cooks gave me an item with no veggies, But with meat and cheese. I had to throw out the item and cannot take it back as it stands since I will be busy today (as of writing this email). I am pointing this out since their is alot of office workers that goes to this place and some of which has the same diet as me or allergies and to add something in ones food or drink like this even as a mistake can be harmful depending on the situation. I u derstand this place has low amount of workers but they should hire more people to help out in this dunkin donuts since it is popular especially during weekdays mornings.
