I ordered over $52.oo my 9yr old wanted a egg & cheese grinder with mozzarella not cheddar , I ordered it & the mozzarella was spoiled with GREEN MOLD .. GROSS!! A WAST OF $8.50
So I have been trying to get in touch with the owner for a whole week because they were closed on April 4th Easter Sunday and I placed an order and the order went through but I never received anything because they were closed so I called to inquire about getting a refund of my money for the purchase and I was told that over a hundred and fifty orders had been received and that the manager was working on it and they took my name phone number and last three digits of my credit
Found a fly in my food, contacted crossroads on East Main Street in Bpt. Spoke with the manager. Sent the manager Mark a pic of the fly in my salad as he requested. I requested a refund and I was denied. I asked for the owners name & was denied that info. This establishment is NOT sanitary & has poor customer service.
I ordered food from here 3 times this week, on the 3rd, my order got messed up by someone not inputting my order correctly , when I called to correct the mistake, even willing to DRIVE to the location for them to correct my order, I was told I would be charged AGAIN for them to fix THEIR mistake. Never ordering from here again, very unprofessional.
If I could rate them negative I would. I called before closing and they refused to deliver before closing and claimed they would not deliver so far after certain hours, and this was not listed on their website. Then they hung up on me. Awful. Just awful.

Pizza is greasy looks like its been dipped in a deep fryer. Way too oily, and the drivers will literally drive away and leave your order with whoever they see just standing around. Looks like it will be the last time I ever order from here. Don't know about their other food but the pizza way too oily. I had to end up throwing out cause no one wanted to eat greasy pizza.
Its something about the way they make the pizza at this location. My favorite is shrimp pizza and right next to that is the spicy chicken pizza. I think they put hot sauce on there. Make sure the pizza is cut in squares. Dip it in ranch sauce. Try it out and let me know .
We ordered last night from the East Main St. location: pastrami sub, onion rings and eggplant parmesan w spaghetti (one of my favorite dishes!) We were told that it would be 45-60 minutes
