Worst food delivery, presentation of food, chips were stale and they ALWAYS forgot to put items ordered in the bag and reaching out to online customer service did not solve anything. So a group of hungry nurses are out of money and received the worst service ever.
My son loves this restaurant and he really wants to come again. I highly recommend eating here, the food is so good!
Great customer service from Katie, she serviced me well. I came in 2 minutes to close and she unlocked the door. I also drove from the stratford chipotle because they closed at 9:40pm
I don't know why, but online ordering from this location is atrocious. Whether it's an internet issue or what,but order is always late, wrong, or something is missing. The staff doesn't help the dude assigned to mobile orders when there's no customers in line, just standing around not caring about providing customer service.
They really don’t try at all, presentation is horrible and on top of that, i found a leaf in my food while trying to eat . truly disgusting.
This location is a hot a** mess 1.about 4 employees were chatting by the register for a good 5 mins before I had to ask for my order to be taken. 2. My burrito fell completely apart when I opened the wrapper and to top it all off the pico definitely had old tomatoes in it?never again!!!!
I usually order in the restauraunt and I never have any issues. But for some reason I decided to order online and they give me a slither of rice to coat the bottom of my bowl, a good amount of guac and BARELY any veggies. I'm usually able to make 3 burritos out of my bowl and I was only able to make 1.... my friends also ordered online but their bowls weren't nearly as bad as mine. And the workers were obnoxiously loud and screaming across the resturaunt. horrible horrible horrible
Please just don’t order from this location. Ive ordered Ubereats from them and they consistently forget items and just put whatever they feel like in your bowl. Their beans are always horribly undercooked too. The most recent time I ordered a double order of carnitas and they took less than one portion and spread it out over the whole bowl then replaced my guac with cheese. (Which I can’t even eat cheese.) People are paying extra for this, do better.
They were rude and just wanted to serve you fast and keep it moving it wasn't even packed. I asked for the tacos and the lady gave me 1 when I asked her wait it comes with 3 she said next time ask for 3. Hello I asked for tacoS not a taco.
I don’t even review places like this. But they literally gave me chicken and guacamole in a bowl when I ordered a salad through delivery. Just say you don’t have the ingredients!!!!
