dined in on 5/28 for a table of about 9 people. made a reservation for 8pm, we did not receive our food until 10:30pm. I'll give it two stars because I have enjoyed this restaurant multiple times before and the food is tasty- but I would never expect to wait this long for a meal.. although the owner thinks a 2hr wait for food is acceptable. we will never be going back, considering the wait and disrespect from the owner.I had bragged to my family about this place, so I took them on a holiday weekend w/ a reservation. first- the clams are delicious- but the portion was half it's normal. quite disappointing. Next, after waiting 2hrs for our meals, a steak was overcooked and a hair found in the risotto. Lastly, I ordered the "grilled" octopus which came out Luke warm, not grilled, in a bed of oil.When I asked to speak to the person in charge, it took 20 minutes for a woman to come to our table and state, "who would like to talk to me? I've been busy in the kitchen". I then raised my hand and stated I was the one who would like to speak to her. now, I had all intentions of giving constructive criticism (because I have enjoyed this place before), but unfortunately the owner came toward me very defensively. Again, stating a 2hr wait is to be expected and normal, she also said we should have canceled the table and left. (mind you my family from our of state was here catching up at 10pm on a Saturday night, no where else would have been able to accommodate this many people short notice.). She took my meal off the bill and gave us a bottle of sangria- not sure that balances out my $500+ bill and 2+ hrs of my life wasted.I just wanted to let the public know, if you go here, expect a longer than usual wait. Sadly, I am extremely turned off by the way the owner handled herself, it was the icing on the cake for me. I will be sharing on all platforms so the public is aware of what they are dealing with.Read back through all the comments, I wish I had before ever going here. There is a trend with unhappy guests due to unusually long wait times and rude ownership.
Wow what a Gem. Food is amazing the resty has a nice look and staff was great. It was my first time going and will definitely be back.
We stopped in today to get a few appetizers and drinks. It was a hot day so we ate at the patio. The service was a bit slow but we were not in a rush so it wasn’t too bad. For our meal we had the grilled calamari, which was served with a nice salad and cannoli beans. The salad was good but I felt the octopus was overcooked. It was a bit chewy. Next we had the cod fish croquettes which were absolutely delicious. In addition we also ordered the Portuguese Chorizo which normally comes out in flames but by the time it made it out to us the flames had died down. It tasted really good. Our fourth dish was the goat cheese served with toast; I really was not a fan of this dish but my girlfriend wanted it so she ate it, not me.
Amazing Services and the food very delicious. The waitress did an amazing job and was very professional. Everything is on time and Hot .

We tried stop many dishes and were glad we did. Three appetizers, two bottles of wine, one paella entree, and two desserts. The waitstaff was kind and the food reminded me of the Algarve. We'll be back
Had dinner there tonight, food was AMAZING I would definitely go back for the food. Service though wasn’t the greatest our server Cinthia took forever to wait on us, she did not crack a smile and the apps took more than 30 min to come. Just wishing for a better service next time
I can’t even begin to tell you the horrific conversation I had with the Manager, Maria regarding an issue with a bill from our dinner party on Saturday. I called the restaurant to inform them that they overcharged our bill. We had 15 adults total, but charged us for 18 adults. I had a bad feeling about this Manager from the moment I walked in to the restaurant, she gave me an attitude and did not stick to her word. If she was not able to seat us in the private room than she should have told us prior. I had balloons made specifically for the back room. We have text messages confirming our party and the room we were supposed to be in. The Manager, Maria on the phone said she was going to have to check the cameras to confirm we had 15 adults and I said okay that is why I am calling to let you know we were overcharged. After a few minutes of talking she finally said was going to refund me and I quote this is what the Manager said before she hung up the phone “It looks like you need the $150 more than me so come pick up the money from the restaurant and don’t come back ever again”. This is the most unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with and please note I was calm during our conversation. This is not my fault that they over charged us for 3 pre fixe meals, which cost $38 per person.
