Ziggis is simply the best! Don't let appearances fool you- it looks like a random drive thru chain designed in the 90s ? but I swear the coffee and service is TOP NOTCH. I will never need Starbucks when I have Ziggis :) The have some really delicious food options as well including gluten-free. Support local business! You will not be disappointed!

Put the topper on your drinks before you give it to the customers and have toppers that actually stop the liquid. 3 times now I have bought drinks from various stores for my self and other people. Every time I am alone when I do. Not once were the toppers on. So I did it myself. 3 times now I have had to clean my truck because the toppers don’t actually stop the liquid. It’s not worth the hassle, I won’t go to Ziggis anymore because of that reason alone.My second complaint is about the food. I have been to six different locations and I never receive hot food, even if I ask them to warm it up more. It’s always Luke warm at best.
Sadly they consistently mess up my orders. With today's ultra complicated easy to mess up order, I ordered 2 decafe, black americano's and 1 black regular. I ended up with 2 decafe americano's with stevia sweetener, and 1 regular with cream and stevia.Black coffee is simple, I don't know why its so hard to do something so easy.
Noah was amazing this morning! We got here early morning (around 645) and he was working by himself. He was hustling, but he was so kind and patient with us and our order! Thank you Noah!
