More than once I have gone to this location and it is either closed for no apparent reason or they don’t have menu items. Today it was lettuce, tomatoes and nacho cheese. Previous time they were out of beef? The staff actually came out and told me while waiting in the drive through line. Then proceeded to yell and cuss about quitting. The store manager needs to get a grip on this location. I am starting to believe the staff makes stuff up so they don’t have to work.

On one or more occasions I’ve been excited to eat at this location and have had my dreams crushed a handful of times. I understand shortage but on a few occasions they told me they didn’t have anymore tortillas left to make me a burrito. That’s not crazy? The staff is usually hit or miss as well, if you don’t enjoy your job please don’t take out on the drive thru customers.

I have never left a bad review before and I’m not expecting much when going to taco bell, but the lady working gave us the most annoying run around. Keep in mind that this is an hour before close so it wasn’t even an inconsiderate time frame for fast food. They were out of beef for the rest of the night which I completely understand, I work in the food industry and it happens but she said that if we wanted to sub the beef for chicken on any of the items we would have to order through the app (which we did). When we pulled through the second time with our mobile order she said that her screen didn’t show the substitutions that my online receipt showed and she specifically told us we would have to order it again and she would cancel that order. We had already been there long enough that we quickly replaced the order through the app and before we could speak to the intercom, she said that they were out of beef and chicken (which she had just told me 2 minutes prior to reorder with chicken and no one had gone through the line in that time) and then giggled when I talked to her and she said that she didn’t think I’d reorder. I wasn’t even assured as to when I will receive a refund for those orders or if I ever will ($30 total). I wouldn’t mind if they had said they closed early but they just wasted 20 minutes of my time.

If I could leave 0 stars I would leave a -5. This location closed early on 05/24/22 for no reason. No signs, no nothing and locked doors but workers were inside talking at the door and refused to help us or the other truck that pulled in. They opened up after a while after 10 minutes or less because we went to the McDonald's and saw people in the drive through again. This is unacceptable and we've already gotten corporate to take this seriously and given us a coupon and their names and numbers for this mistake today. Do better. We'll never use this location again.

Store manager doesn't know the menue or correct items. Always has an aditude and even threw my food at me that I tried to return to get the correct order. She called me a hore and refused to give me the correct order. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. On top of that i was unable to reach her supererior to alert them of her poor service and assult. I've worked in all customer service positions, and never would I have treated a customer the way she did. I was unable to call anyone who was above her. I was on hold with corporate for an hour and then gave up. So yeah, that was the worst. #fireher

By far the absolute worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. It says they’re open now and they put a chair blocking their drive through and the doors to the lobby were locked. Not to mention they didn’t have the items to make any sort of burrito as well as taco’s the last time I was there. Go to Golden or Kipling if you actually want Taco Bell. Zero stars if I could.

Try the new chicken burrito from the value menu. It was pretty darn good. I tried it for the first time ever and I was pleasantly surprised. I will eat just about anything and gave no food allergies so ice tried just about every kind of food in the world, aside from fried crickets. My seasoned taste buds approved this new chicken burrito

Never open when they say (9am). But if they are open and it's before 11am get there new toasted breakfast burritos! Just don't get the most expensive one. Tomatoes have no place in a breakfast burrito in my opinion.

I think whoever is in charge of making the food orders there should order more product. I deliver for Doordash and 2 nights in a row I was unable to get the orders because they didn't have anything to make the food with.... either that or their delivery trucks didn't show up when they were supposed to ??‍♀️

Seriously the best taco bell on earth. 30 seconds in the drive through, max. No matter how busy they are. And they put wet wipes in the bag. WET WIPES. 11/10
