This is my local taco bell location on Kipling. And to be honest I don’t think I’ve ever received a correct order from this place but it’s close and sometimes I don’t feel like cooking or grocery shopping so I stop here. They didn’t say they were out of any thing so I’m wondering why there’s just cheese and meat. Can you guys do better? It’s sad that I come to terms with this place consistently serving sub standard food. Please do better.Please.Sincerely,A loyal customer

This taco is seriously terrible. I only go when I am absolutely super lazy because it's the only the thing down my street. They have pics of Mexican pizzas plastered all over the windows but when you get there they'll tell you they aren't doing them.....which is confusing and weird. The last 3 times I went there they were either out of tortillas, or beef, or cheese. Its ridiculous. Last night I spent 25 min waiting at the speaker for the girl to finally take my order and they were out of damn near everything and then it took another 25 min to get my food. I order a quesdailla and two burritos off the dollar menu yall! Where there heck is the manager, who does the ordering of food and who is managing all these children that seem to run the place? Also the lobby is NEVER open, I like to go in and order my food and I can't. What us the point in having a lobby if it's not open. If have to spend 50 min at taco bell for 3 items I want to inside and wait.

Blatant disregard for timeliness and accuracy of order. There were 4 team members working and I was in the Drive-Thru behind two vehicles for 13 minutes. Not a super long wait but even the customers in front of me were starting to get impatient. I Would have liked to go in to place my order but the front doors were locked therefore had no choice but to drive through. I ordered two items one bean burrito with extra onions and 1 beefy melt burrito. I received two items, one was a burrito supreme the other I had no idea what it was, but was NOT what I ordered. I was asked if I wanted sauce, I asked for hot and Fire. I received hot and Fire Sauce, 31 packets! That is no joke I received 31 packets of sauce and neither of the items I ordered. I will be making a phone call to the general manager tomorrow. Very unsatisfied customer at the moment.

Missing half my order. Fun fact employees: you can actually check before handing out food to make sure the order is right. It’s really easy! Maybe try that next time. Btw I worked at Taco Bell for a year when I was 16, drive thru, line, everything and it is an incredibly easy job. So the fact that these guys can barely put out an order says a lot about the type of people they are ? they’re all fully grown adults and can’t do a job teenagers do with ease. Embarrassing

This place when the Native American Man is working the line. Is an amazing place, friendly, food is beyond any other Taco Bell. Is fast and made to perfection. I don't know if he is the new manager but I know when he is there the food is good and the line moves quickly. Best experience

If you can't have your lobby open for delivery couriers, TURN YOUR DELIVERY SERVICES OFF!I lose $20 so your owner can make $5? Not right.... 40 min so far I've spent in your drive thru. Not happy. Im living in my car I have it hard enough as it is. Please be considerate of others.

This location 4795 Kipling Taco Bell is the best store I've ever been to. The food outstanding, service amazing. Everytime I go and See that the Native American Man is running the line. I know the food will be made fast and beyond standards. This location is a Top store

I have stopped here quite a few times and my order is always wrong. Most of the time, and most recently has been the tacos. I order supremes all the time yet, they rarely are. This time only cheese and sour cream. If you’re out of something just say so. I wouldn’t say the employees are friendly but they’re kind enough.I won’t be going here again ?‍♀️

If you're good with a 35-55 minutes spent in a drive thru this is the place for you. If you like your order wrong or food not made right then also highly recommend. If none of that sounds good definitely do no go to this Taco Bell. Best recommendation go to the KFC/Taco Bell on 58th Ave and Garrison St. For the slight drive and extra time it's worth it and in the long run will save you time and gas.

Worst experience ever at a Taco Bell. They were out of lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, chalupas, and tortillas for soft tacos. That is only what I can remember. What's worse is I arrived with no line, at the speaker and 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. I proceeded to be in that line for 45 to 50 min after ordering. To make that even worse and the icing on the cake for me is that the order was wrong. The only plus side is we got some extra tacos added, probably because they knew it was a horrible night. I am understanding of shortages in supplies and staff, but this was absolutely above and beyond bad. With this being a trend over the last few years, I am done with trying. Best of luck to Taco Bell.
