The employees working had no regard for mask mandates, gloves, or proper hand washing. When I asked for veggies and dressing I received nothing but attitude from what looked like the manager on staff. She then proceeded to cut the sandwich egregiously uneven and flip it haphazardly to wrap it announcing that it was “good enough.” Needless to say I will be choosing Jersey Mikes next time I’m in the area. I really do like Subway but the sheer neglectful “don’t give a damn” attitude is unflattering in the service industry and especially unappealing during a pandemic.
It was nice and very centrally located between Denver and the mountains. The line was well stocked and very clean. Good job.?
211203 One star is to many.Worst Subway. The bread was thinner and smaller than any Subway I’ve ever been. Their turkey breast looked like shavings not slices. It was so thin you could see through it. Vegetables were mostly alright, except the lettuce, looked kinda old.The worst part was the lack of hospitality and customer service skills. Rude employee, acted like she did not care about customer needs, “whatever attitude”. Also, their prices are higher now. I think it is not worth it anymore.
Nice ladies working, fast and as tasty as subway can be!

Clean, friendly staff, fresh ingredients
This is by far the best subway we visited in quite a while! Apparently they stopped carrying swiss cheese, but that didn't even matter.Very friendly and humorous staff, (5pm Thursday visit), very interactive with smiles and jokes. The kind of staff who load your sandwich up like it should be. All the ingredients were fresh, (no brown lettuce or wilted spinach like several subways tend to have nowadays.)Also, very nice view of the foothills right out their window for enjoying while you munch.And I know, it's just subway, but try this one, because they're doing it right.
My experience was great. The gentleman that working this particular evening was so funny & he made a very nice sandwich ?
In a line of three people it took me half an hour to get out of that store as that chatty counterman couldn't focus on completing the orders. Please orient your staff to honor the time of your guests
