5 ⭐'s for fast friendly ALWAY.S..... but nine times out of 10 my drink isn't made right and today a new issue, I'm pretty sure my Americano is straight up brewed coffee....i could be wrong & I'm sorry for the review but after numerous times of my $5-$6 drink not being made right & making several attempts to ensure that it is right, even going back to have it remade once Plus emailing the company weeks ago with my exact recurring issue and receiving no response i now feel this review is necessary. This has been my favorite Starbucks for a long time also the most convenient location but I spend too much money on coffee every week to be unsatisfied. hopefully in the future there will have been some retraining, better training, whatever it is that this location needs but for now I'll have to make my daily stop down the road where they get my drink perfect almost every single time I've been there. I cannot be the only customer who has issues here on a regular basis I'm pretty easily satisfied and I'm certain it is not just me.

The lady working the drive thru this morning (04/01) is so much nicer and better at her job than any other service industry employee in existence.
This is my favorite starbucks ever!! I only come to this location because they are always so friendly and they always get my order correct. There super fast and very organized. I definitely recommend this location to everyone.
I had gone through the drive-thru today for a couple coffee drinks for my father and I. We were headed to go put our 13 year old dog down, and decided to stop at Starbucks. Logan was the one that took my order and helped me at the window. I have to admit I was not in a good headspace and was a little crabby to Logan, but he remained professional and carried a conversation on with me, asking me what my day entailed. I had mentioned that I’m on my way to put our dog down. Out of his own pocket, Logan bought a $15 gift card and gave it to me, and said he recently put his dog down so he understands how I was feeling. That made my day, especially because my parents live check to check, and spent every penny to euthanize our family dog (my mother is also a bladder cancer survivor) so I ended up giving the gift card to my parents. Thank you, Logan, for your generosity and compassion. You truly helped my day become bearable, especially knowing there is still hope for humanity.
Kinda weird way to view it but they close the lobby. Yet perfer to prioritze serivce to those who pollute, kill bugs and annimals with their gas powered vehicals for a customer base. . Just being a smart butt but for people who bike and walk its kinda discouraging and a shun in the face to deny service to those who dont have a car or license.
I asked for light ice which I'm pretty sure they charge you for and ended up with the cup being all ice! And no ever contacts you back to make things right and I spend so much money at Starbucks. Maybe time to switch to anywhere else! Lol
My go to spot for coffee and breakfast. Staff is always very friendly. This location seems to have more inventory. Lines for drive thru can be long and parking can be crowded.
These folks are always welcoming and friendly..and they always get our order correct!!
I like this store in general though recently I’ve had some quality issues with my orders. I ordered a Pink drink a few weeks ago and it had one strawberry, which didn’t really bother me because of the supply chain issues, but to make up for that they put in strawberry sauce which made the drink lumpy and tasted kind of gross. I would have preferred they just made it without strawberries. Another time I ordered a Tall and they gave me a Trenta, then last week I ordered a Trenta with my reward points and got a Tall. I was super disappointed. Unfortunately I had mobile ordered it and someone else picked it up so I wasn’t able to have them fix the order for me. The people at the store are nice but the quality is too unreliable for me :(
