I come here frequently to get my grande nitro.That stuff is strong, but that’s why I like it! It’s the closest thing that I can get to drugs, but it’s legal and actually wakes me up.The service here is always good and they are always friendly. They’ve been short staffed like everyone else, but they make the best of it!The dining room is always clean and so are the bathrooms!Thanks for being my favorite neighborhood location!
The Starbucks itself and the staff are great. However, the layout of the parking lot and the drive thru makes getting into the lot problematic when the drive thru is backed up (which is often).
This crew is always positive and helpful every time come in. One gal even got me a coffee and water refill (when I didn’t notice I was running low) while dining in. Pretty awesome for a chain that doesn’t require such customer service!!!

I went thru drive thru my frappuchino didn't have the flavor I chose pkd in the lot called a manager she told me swing around well make u another they did didn't ask questions just fixed it ty Starbucks
This used to be my favorite Starbucks for my daily coffee run, but it's really gone downhill lately. Some of the new people are quite unfriendly, and I can't even count how many times I've received someone else's drink in the drive-thru, probably because they rarely, if ever, label the drinks. Lately, I've been utilizing mobile ordering to ensure that I get the correct drink, but even then, I don't get a sleeve or even a double-cup on my Americanos, my drinks still aren't labeled, and the staff act like my simple coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 order is a giant burden and they're in a mad rush (too busy to even say hi or call my drink out) even when the lobby and drive-thru are nearly empty.
Really need to remember not to go here. Order never has the extra shots I am for if it has any. Or its been discarded or forgotten or....
