Ordered my usual.. a venti iced mocha with skinny milk and whipped cream, the barista told me that it would be cheaper to order a "goodie" , due to it being "love friday" (not sure of name of promotion) they have on Friday's so I said, ok, and I ordered a cranberry bar ( not sure of exact title)which was absolutely fantastic , She rang me up and it came out over what I was told, so I let her know and she told her co-worker (who I believe was more experienced than her) what was going on and I explained what was told to me about the promotion. Anyway, they conversed and looked at the order on the register and finally realized that the promotion was for a medium size drink not a large. So I said whatever,shaking my head and paid them. So I am a bit begrudge about the confusion and the fact that I bought and paid for a treat when my coffee is PLENTY OF TREAT FOR ME!! AND HIGHER PRICES AT STARBUCKS IS PUTTING STRESS ON MY BUDGET! But because I ate and LOVED the treat, I will be trying out a recipe I saw for them. And the writer of the recipe, said that it tastes just like Starbucks and maybe even BETTER!

Couldn't believe the McDonalds I stop at in Idaho Springs every week declined my online order, saying they were closed, yet the app completed the order at 10:20 pm, the stores hours are untill midnight, 10:30 arrive to pickup order. Finally the say they closed due to a technical problem, yet I could see my order number on the display inside? The guy in charge told me I could come back "Tomorrow" 30 min drive from home, no thanks. They both were unusually rude about the the whole situation, as if customers were to blame for their problems. I usually prefer this location since they are so nice, even though they are almost always out of sweet tea, apple fritters, pies, fish, etc.
I just drove by this establishment to get to Safeway
