This is the absolute worst Starbucks in the area. The lady working mobile orders around 7am on 6/6 was the worst barista I’ve ever had. She literally stood behind the counter talking for 5 mins. I asked for my order, she rolled her eyes, went to pour my coffee and then had the nerve to start talking to her boss before she did her job and gave me my drink(10 mins late). Skip this store and their rude employees.

Drive through lady this morning was rude. She glared at me for paying with cash. Instead of handing me my drinks she set them down and I had to reach pretty far out my car window to get them. To top it off, I asked for a napkin for my feta wrap… she literally sighed and handed me a crunched up napkin.Crazy. I’ve never had this happen before.Good food and drinks. Very poor customer service. I’m disappointed in you Starbucks.

It was terrible! The worst customer service experience me being the customer that I have ever had in my entire life. And it was from the shift lead. I have never been so insulted. It was awful. And my coffee was not good either. Which didn't get fixed.

Lately, they are running out of their main food items or sleeves for the cups. Service is decent and they are nice.

I love all of the baristas here who know me by name and by my drink… I love their friendly faces and when they sing along to the music… makes me smile every time! ?

Me and my friends go here all the time on Fridays after school to hang out, and it is so fun! Yes, there may be alot of people around at that time, but it is still fun to hang out with friends!

The barista at the front counter at 8:19 am on Oct 19th, the right till, was SO rude to me and my four year old. She snapped at us ordering chocolate milk telling us they didn’t have any and when I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte she snapped at us again. We just left.

I think the Starbucks experience us a thing of the past. I have fond memories of excellent service, great drinks and choosing Starbucks over local shops when I felt service and quality was better. I've been five times in the last few months and each time I say, you know, I need to just stop going there. Overwhelmed workers making subpar drinks and the whole vibe, gone. Such a shame. I'll also say it's not just this location but the three closest to me.
