I love Raising Canes! But go easy on the salt!! These fries were coated in salt. Manager is rude, by the time he asked me if I wanted a replacement I wanted nothing to do with him.
Bought 4 Box Combos. Just got home (live 25min away) and it all looks normal but taste like it was cooked in burnt oil. Had to throw $48.55 worth of food in the garbage. No one will answer the phone there to make it right. My family LOVES Cane’s. Super disappointing experience at this location.
Great chicken tender with a great crunch but still moist on the inside. Fries are OK, maybe slightly under cooked but the crinkle allows them to hold more ketchup! Love the soft crushed ice.The chicken sandwich is made using three tenders and not one large breast. It gives you more crust which is all good.
This Rasing Cane's is usually on top of their game. Even during the lunch rush they are quick and efficient. I dined the other day and felt like it was very timely for how busy they were.Raising Cane's is one of the best fast food spots in the game!
I thought They forgot to pack my extra sauce and toast. Turns out they did not ring up my extra toast. I came into the store after coming to the drive-through, they ended up giving me the extra toast. When I got home I found out my extra sauce was already included just hidden under my chicken. Amazing customer service! My family and I come here a few times a month and I’m so grateful to be able to count on a great meal every time.
There is always a line here but it was early so I took my chances and it was worth it. Very cool and personable young guy that took my order outside at the car. In and out, very well organized and of course chicken was delicious. I also love the Texas toast and fries here.
once again Raising Canes knocks it out of the park and scores a home run! I've had their chicken before and the taste and consistency has always remained top quality. I ordered the sandwich combo which consisted of 3 moist, tender chicken fingers on a fresh, soft bun. The staff were helpful, friendly, and gracious. Thanks for all that you do and a delicious lunch!
We have eaten at Raising Caine's several times before, this restaurant is our 2nd time here. Tonight's experience was terrible and solely because we ordered food for curbside pick up and they proceeded to place it on the pick up shelf inside the store.The food was good, a little soggy because we were waiting curbside while our meal was unknowingly sitting on a shelf inside.If you're going to offer curbside pickup then actually do that process. Or don't offer it at all.
Always a great experience at this location. The restaurant is very clean, the service is top-notch, and the food is great. The service here is especially notable. When I visited today, the manager (Andrew) was all over the dining room, cleaning tables, checking on people, and making sure everyone had everything they needed. I always appreciate people taking great pride in their work and treating customers the right way. So, all that and the great meal made for another 5-star visit.
My favorite things are the sweet tea and the toast. The chicken is good but the breading is bland. You have to use a dipping sauce to get any flavor. The drive thru was very quick. No missing items and the employees were nice.
