Ordered chicken nachos and all I get on it each time is half and half beans, chicken, and shredded cheese. No salsa, nothing else. When I got to the second section I asked for “lots of cheese”. Then the register lady tried to charge me $3.75 for a handful of shredded cheese! I have never been up-charged at a qdoba before for saying lots of cheese. I told her no I’m not paying that. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She then remade my food and put the smallest amount of cheese I’ve ever seen on something. She charged the wrong card for the “extra cheese” or I probably would have just let it go. She then refunded the $3.75 tossing my money at me rudely. She was not a nice person. Horrible customer service. The guy that made my food the first time even told her no I didn’t order extra cheese I just said a lot of cheese. She had no regard for her coworker. Poor guy looked at me like sorry… Never going to this location again. That lady should not work in customer service with that attitude!
They lady that worked there yelled at me about only 3 people working there. When all I asked is that they didn't have any Queso. Very rude. Than when we were leaving there the people behind us left to because the employees started fighting Amongst themselves. Very disappointed! They don't like their jobs they should find a different job instead taking it out on the customers. Only 1/2 star.
Will not be ordering from here again. They gave us the wrong order and when we returned to get the correct one, they gave us an attitude like it was our fault. Instead of remaking the other persons order after we had opened it so see it was wrong, they handed it to the doordasher that was there waiting and we told him that we had opened it and put our hands on almost everything. I feel bad for the girl that's going to get that order and I hope she doesn't order from them either.
I got an entree and a kids meal for takeout and the cashier threw it in the bag sideways and without grabbing the handles of the bag he hands it to me and the kids meal completely opens in the bag. I would’ve got another, but the cashier obviously didn’t care. Which is fine if he doesn’t care about his job, but why does my kid have to pay for it?
never order online here. they have never gotten my extremely simple order correct (bowl with white rice, chicken, cheese, and tortilla strips). we ordered today and my order was wrong, and on the other hand my boyfriend’s bowl wasn’t t even a quarter way filled with food. they gave him 4 bites of food for nearly 9$.
I was really looking forward to lunch here today but had to walk out after seeing several unsanitary practices by staff. ImGal working the initial prep station burner her hand and when she reapplied her gloves she first put it into her mouth. There are several other things but I’ll leave it at I’d prefer to have only my saliva touch my food.1 in 4 employees were wearing masks as well if you’re concerned about that sort of thing…
Horrible customer service, young dudes in the front were pretty mad that I walked in at 8 pm to order food.. they were cleaning, moving grills and wiping down equipment ect.. they did not have any rice or meats out that were ready? Had to wait for them to re heat meats and rice/veggies. Really felt unwanted.. definitely won’t be going back! Horrible horrible..
Good and quick, accurate service. Nice staff. Always a good go to for reliability for the quality I like in faster food
Are your employees so stoned they can’t function enough to take an order? I’m standing right in front of you and you still get my order wrong and have me repeat myself over and over. You forgot the SOUP in my tortilla SOUP, my guy.
Husband went in to get food , he had a burrito I ordered a steak bowl! Just to realize the portions were so off , food wasn't presentable . As I was taking a bite there was a long white hair in my mouth from the bite I took. I immediately spit everything out , showed my husband . I called to let them know there was hair in my food if anyone wore hair nets anymore ? They apologized , and said that wouldn't happen again. I don't think that should ever happen. I've worked in tons of restaurants and have never came across that. Health service should be taking more seriously . Don't wear your hair down ! ??
