I received my meal this past Sat and didn't get my drink and the 3 pieces were so small and dried up I couldn't even eat it. it hurt my mouth. I do not recommend them
We ordered online yesterday and our food was ready shortly after we walked in to pick it up. The friendly manager took care of our order and we were quickly on our way. The Cajun fries smelled so good that I ate them all on the drive home. The chicken tenders, popcorn shrimp and spicy chicken sandwiches were all still nice and hot when we got home. The updated app lets us order in advance and earn food rewards, making it easy to get food quickly when we're out running errands. Love that chicken at Popeye's!
I stopped by here in lunch since all the other places in the area had a long line except Popeyes.....now I know why. The greasiest Mac and cheese I've ever had. Was glumpy and a weird color. Also, the chicken was greasy as hell too. I didn't get a receipt so I can't get my money back....?? I assume they know theyre handing out bad food so manybe no recipes because of that. Even my biscuit was super soggy! Whole lunch was inedible. Thanks for the coke since that was the only part of my order that I could finish.
What happen staff use to be nice and pleasant,. Now everytime now rude disgruntled employee,. Staff in back goofing off. One order at a time I gues with line wrapped. And when finely order they rush and cut you off. Can I at least get a hello and a thank you. Looking the reviews don't think management cares much. I'll drive little further to the new one.
Probably the best restaurant service in all of Wheatridge. The food is better than advertised. I have eaten here many, many times with hardly ever a less than satisfying experience. Great dining for lunch or dinner. I just can't recommend them enough.
Literally the slowest and worst customer service of any popeyes I've been to. As a delivery driver, this is appalling. Food wasn't even started for the UberEats delivery. I had to make eye contact and actually acknowledge the employee myself to get any response.No greeting, no nothing. Same with the Old man at the counter. He stood there for over 5 minutes and even shouted if he could get some help. Worst pickup. Terrible "employees"
Ordered a family tenders pack and they gave me the wrong chicken, i didn't check until i got home and because they gave me no receipt i have no way of getting my money back. Wont be shopping at popeyes for a long time because of this!
Ordered a spicy tender meal and a mild 3 wing meal tonight and they gave me 2 mild tenders for my order. This place used to be good but lately their staff is lackluster. I tried calling also and waited 5 minutes before hanging up. You might as well go to Panda or Jack in the Box since they’re right there and actually try to get your order right.
I love this particular location. The restaurant is clean and fast. All the employees are great, however there is one gentleman with a grill in his teeth which is absolutely awesome. He rememberers my order every time ( I always get the same thing) and is just all around good. 5 stars all around to this location
Typical popeyes. Best national chain chicken. Those spicy chicken sandwiches are a weakness for me! Easy to get in and out off of Kipling.
