Missing items and wrong order for the third time of three orders. How can you mess it up so often? This time I pre-ordered directly through pandas website and paid extra for a vitamin water with a kids meal. I get there and she hands me a bag with a water in it. I said I paid extra for a vitamin water and she just looked at me blankly. I verified on the in store receipt that I did pay extra. She just shrugged at me and said theyre out. I said can I get my 2 bucks back then since I paid extra and she said no because her manager wasn't there. Why isn't the manager there during 6pm dinner rush!? And they cant do a simple $2 refund?I looked at the other reviews for this location and am glad it's not just me having these issues. Ownership seriously needs to overhaul their SOP and management and train their staff better. I will NOT be ordering from here again, period. Three strikes. I'll support local Chinese establishments instead of a corporate chain who can't run their store properly.
I ordered online which went through doordash. My kids meals were messed up. I ordered beef and broccoli and got chicken with green beans. Not even close. Then I ordered 2 large sodas and didn't get them. The receipt says to call the store with problem. I called the person that answered gave the call to someone else who was rude and refuses to giver HER name to me. Told me to call back in an hour to talk to "SETH" who she said was the manager. Which it's not. I asked her to take down my number and have the manager call me when they had time. She refused. I got hung up on when I called back 3 times to talk to a manager. So I called door dash who had no problem helping me with this issue. They even apologized for the inconveniences and refunded what was forgotten. Pandas Express on 50th and Kipling has gone down hill. I have ordered from this place for almost 8yrs now. Needless to say this will be my last. I will order from YPHELLO or another asian place. If you are going to hire teens then you should make sure they can do there jobs and have good customer service and not to hang up or yell at the people that are paying there wages. Because without "US CUSTOMER'S" you would not have a business.
Like other reviewers, I have also experienced that this location is oftentimes out of items. Like fried rice?? If your only side options are lo mein and fried rice, how do you only have 1/2 options available on a consistent basis? Seems like an issue that can easily be avoided with some forethought and planning. Staff isn’t friendly and seemingly not motivated to work efficiently. Drive thru is extremely slow despite the fact the dining room is closed.
I normally like Panda because they're a fast food chain that actually has a decent amount of veggies. I just went here and tried to order 4 different things and they had none of them. They said it would take 10 minutes to cook each dish, so I would have to wait 30-40 minutes for one meal. Are all the works just full of orange chicken?? There should be a sign on the menu that items containing vegetables will take extra time.
Went for broccoli and beef with friend rice and there was LITERALLY 1 PIECE OF MEAT. Like bruh, at least look at it before you serve it. We pay money for food, not lazy work. Ridiculous.
Purchased my meal in the drive thru and was told to pull to the front as they were waiting on some stuff. After waiting for 10 minutes, they brought my order out and I left. I got home and realized they gave me the wrong order and no sauce for my rangoons. So so slow and terrible service. Don’t recommend this location at all.
Drove thru this Panda 3rd in line and we got thru pretty quick! Ordered the shrimp and kung pao and rice and noodles ALL the food was awesome.. PROPS to the crew and cooks here!!
Food delivery driver and former food service worker. This location needs a staff change or help based off current reviews and waiting for a delivery order for 15 minutes plus while 4 employees all eating and chatting at a table inside. I believe I was one of 4 others waiting out front for food while they didn't do anything inside almost an hour before closing. Yikes.
Got there after it opened, they had only rice and three entrees available, told us the ones we wanted would be done in 10 minutes. Went and parked, 10 minutes later we’re back in the drive through and they tell us it’ll be 30 minutes for the teriyaki chicken and 10 minutes for the honey chicken. Needless to say we left without any food and will not be coming back to this location ever again.
So fresh and Hot. A must when you don't want fast food but you want to eat fast. This was quicker than McDonald's and so much more food at almost the same price.
