Unfortunately some McDonald's don't cook things fully or give fresh buns because they come out hard. However, sometimes you get a good cook of that day.
The store associate was very friendly and the store was clean, my order was accurate and out fast ? What more can I ask for?
The fries are good but don't know me personally I don't like it but I will eat if I get something like I won't ask for it
This is my favorite McDonald's the staff is always friendly. I had came to this McDonald's a few minutes before lunch, and I told the staff I would drive around and go through the line, again. The woman who took my order said she would take my order if I was willing to wait in the pick-up area. I have never been where I had a bad experience.
WHY WHY WHY do they always beach you in a parking spot in the drive through!!! I only ordered 2 burgers and a large fry! Then it takes 10min to make my meal? Unacceptable. This is the most agitating process ever. No other fast food restaurant does this and this McDonald's especially needs to take a lesson from its competition. I wrote this entire review while I sat here waiting for my food. Update the order just showed up without the condiments in the bag I asked for!
For being slow, they took awhile to get me my two cheeseburgers and they looked as if they were smashed together as they put most ketchup on the outside of the bun.For $15/hr you all been crying about, you all act as if you are making half of that.Take your time, we all know we have to wait, at least make the food better
For $15 wage an hour I kind of worry now days of the level of customer service. I guess if you want A+ service the fast food joint should be paying more in wages. Or maybe have the employees standing outside to appreciate the value of a customer lol. My true complaint is communication since this is the error of not listening who cares what people pay for once they drive off. Well workers you should worry because karma truly is enlightening. My advice to the workers at this location along with the owner need to regroup on the value of customer service. FYI the whole meal was trash the fries seemed hours old, the chicken sandwiches were over sauced and I could go on but why y'all don't care anyway. I won't return to another franchise again ...

I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH THIS MCDONALD'S EXCEPT FOR SUNDAY JANUARY 9TH I PLACED MY ORDER I GOT WHAT I WANTED EXCEPT FOR A DECAF COFFEE AND A REGULAR COFFEE I WAS TOLD BY THE GIRL THE DECAF WOULD TAKE 2 MINUTES TO PULL UP TO THE FIRST HOLDING SPOT SO I DID AND WE SAT THERE FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES I FINALLY WALKED BACK TO THE WINDOW BECAUSE THE LOBBY WASN'T OPEN. SO WHEN I WALKED TO THE WINDOW AND LET THE GIRLS KNOW THAT WE DIDN'T GET OUR COFFEES AND WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES ONE OF THE LADIES LOOKED AT ME LIKE SO AND THEN SHE ASKING KIND OF A HASTY TONE OF VOICE DO I WANT THEM BLACK I TOLD HER I ALREADY HAD THE CREAM AND SUGAR FOR THEM I JUST DIDN'T LIKE BEING TREATED THE WAY I WAS TREATED IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE COFFEE READY THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE TOLD ME TO GO TO THE FIRST LANE AND WAIT.
