Hadn't been at La Fonda for a while. The food is just as good as ever! I've been a fan since early 70's... keep up the good work!
Great customer service and top notch food. It's crowded most of the time but the wait is worth it. I recommend the breakfast burrito.
I had frequented LaFonda for years, it was quite busy when we showed up, but our food was served pretty quickly. Proportions are always generous for the money and food is pretty good but if you're looking for hot Chilie you're not going to find it here.
Quick preparation. Spicy if you like it. Spicer if you want it. The waitstaff is very helpful and attentive. Delicious!
The food was the best Mexican food we have had in a long time. Been all over north Denver area searching for good Mexican food since MI Terra closed down. The service was also great. We will definitely be back. My wife and I went back last week and the food was only warm and the service was lousy . Will give it another try and see if we get the positive experience we had the first time.
Authentic, warm atmosphere. Welcoming staff and the kitchen is visible from the dining area so you can see the cooks at hard work! Perfectly wonderful Bloody Mary's. Everything on the menu looks amazing. My go to is always fully loaded enchiladas! Rare to find GOOD menudo..
Literally, most awful organization period. Super rude. I spent multiple days trying to apply here and they said they had work and then when I FINALLY got ahold of a manager he was quite rude. I understand if you're busy, but so am I, trying to to find work. And you just wasted multiple days of my time thinking I may have an opportunity because you obviously don't train your staff with proper info and then when you come across the situation you don't have the proper customer service to not seem like a total inconsiderate and incomparable level of disrespect.
Solid Mexican food, Atmosphere was chill, but they did mess up the single additional taco I ordered.
The food was good. We arrived and thought it was busy because we waited so long to be seated. We noticed the restaurant was empty. After receiving our table we waited a long time for anyone to come to our table. Finally we got our beverage order and appetizers placed. Between the appetizer and dinner the wait was so long. No refills on water or chips and salsa. I had to get up and find someone. They were all talking and laughing by the kitchen. The service here is poor. We waited forever for our check and to pay!
Not one sure what happened to The Sopapillas but I received a half of one. I use to love you guys sopapillas. I use to brag about them. Now I’m not sure what to do.
