7 years ago I had wings here with my son, on a trip from Arizona. Best wings I ever ate. Came back here last weekend with my husband still the best wings I ever ate. Definitely will include this place in future trips.
The food is decent if you can actually get something that you want. Every single time we order here, they don't have anything but bone in wings and fries. They're always out of boneless wings, chicken sandwiches, fried pickles, cheese curds etc. The sauces and ranch are a little too salty too. Also, blaring Fox News is a little off putting.
I would like to give a huge huge huge thank you to Shawna! I had an issue with my Uber eats order and when I called her she was the sweetest person I’ve ever talk to, she fixed everything and went above and beyond to make sure that my order was brought to me and she took super good care of me. I hope she sees this message and these are the best wings! The portions are huge and the brownies are super delicious too! Thank you so so much for going above and beyond to take care of me and I will definitely be back soon!
Definitely disappointed. After a second bad experience, I feel the need to leave a review. I ordered from here for delivery through doordash. It was confirmed, and however much time later, my dasher called me, from the restaurant, and the owner told me that they do not work with door dash at all... So I was out of luck and had to figure it out with door dash. She said they did use uber eats, so I replaced my order through that app. It was immediately canceled. So i went hungry that night. Whatever. Figured I would try again today in person since I was in the neighborhood. I went in to the restaurant, placed my order, and paid. Then the cook informs the guy at the counter that they only have about half of the things on the menu, excluding what i ordered. So I had to choose a replacement out of limited options, none of which were anything I particularly wanted, but I had already paid, so I had no choice. Had I known that what I wanted was out of stock, I wouldn't have ordered anything at all. So there goes wasted money. Not well run, unfortunately. Also, nothing offered for my inconvenience on either occasion.
Wow!!!! I loved their wings! I thank the owners so much for their kind hospitality and great food. I am going to be a frequent customer moving forward. The wings were crispy, made to order, sauced perfectly with and amazing flavored sauce; and it was served with; what I am tempted to say, a homemade ranch that was delicious!!! What more could you ask for from a small; LOCAL, business, in that you can tell the owner's heart is in that place. This is a clean, well ran establishment and I just can't say enough about the owners and definitely can't stop raving about the food. Very highly recommended.

I try to avoid giving bad reviews since it can have such an adverse impact on a business, but these guys deserve it. When we arrived the woman that helped us was nice, but we noticed the other woman in back cooking the food seemed upset and was talking rudely to her co-worker. We were the only one in the restaurant except an older couple and a boy, and we quickly realized this was the angry woman’s parents and they were babysitting her son. I’m guessing she was going to close early and when we showed up, it ruined that chance for her. There was still two hours left until close so not sure why she was in such a rush to leave… assume it’s because her parents didn’t want to watch her son any longer. When she delivered the wings to us, she threw them on the table and didn’t say a word. We asked her for ranch and as she was walking away, rudely told us they don’t have any. Her parents seemed frustrated with her and we listened to an exchange where she seemed to get mad at them. The wings were ok but over-cooked, but the sauces were tasty. The fries werent cooked through and were cold. We ordered some chicken nuggets and they were still frozen. The woman cooking our food was the same one that was mad at us for showing up and she was going to make sure we paid for that. If the owners read this, I hope they fire her because she is a horrible employee.Coincidentally, the response from management seems consistent here “you must have the wrong business”. There is only one Kickin Wings I know of and it’s the same one I’m reviewing located at 4999 Kipling.Also, there are three women that worked there at the time we visited. There were two women working as I mentioned, and another woman that came into relieve the angry woman when we left. The child wasn’t behind the counter, but sitting in the dining area.If your truly the Owner, I’m surprised you have amnesia about all these women who were working there so recently.
I really loved this place in the past good wings an food period. Haven't been in awhile I was really disappointed with this place first of all was told 20 mins ended up being like 35 40 second of all the wing quality was very shy some of the drums were like tooth picks the lemon pepper wings had no flavor An was charged for fries I didn't get this place was not like it used to be now ill be taking my business elsewhere.
Love this place!! When you NEED wings this is the best place around... and who doesn't need wings? So many flavors to choose from and all of them are amazing.
