I went in at 11:30 on July 19th. This place was so busy! But all the employees were working so hard, and still seemed to be in great moods and were super friendly! Awesome group of employees working. Also, the philly cheese steak was perfect! Great experience all around. Hopefully all the staff gets paid well, they definitely deserve it!!
I came here about a month ago for the first time. Ordered a large gf sub. Got home and realized it was not gf. I go back and they made a new one, but only a small after I paid for a large. I was disappointed and asked for my money back or something. They give me a card for a free sub. I came back today to cash this in. I explain I never got the full sub I originally paid for last time. They argue with me that I already got everything I should have and this card would only pay for a small. One guy says \\\"we messed this up last time, give her what she wants.\\\" The other guy refuses. I tell them they need to treat their customers nicer. Ultimately they make me pay $4 for the gluten-free bread. Terrible customer service!!!
I went in i was in front of a huge line I ordered my sandwich I waited 25 minutes watched everyone behind me get there sandwich asked where mine was they hadn't even started making it, I had to leave for work so I asked for my money back so that I could leave and had to wait another 4 minutes while they just kept making and wrapping other people's sandwiches, would give less stars if possible this place is trash.
I'm from the east coast and was happy to see a Jersey Mikes here, and I was NOT disappointed at all. I actually would say this is one of the best locations. Consistent as well.Very kind employees!JM is on another level from Subway, so if you haven't tried them - definitely make plans to!
I've had consistently mediocre experiences with this location. Every time I order from this location the sandwich is always missing something. Normally, we order a #9 which is supposed to come Mike's way with turkey, bacon, swiss, ham, etc. This particular time it was missing both the mayo and the bacon, and this isn't the first time that's happened. Likely will be visiting a different location instead next time.
Consistently friendly and delicious. The only complaint that I have is that placing your order online for pickup has to be through a third-party app which is very frustrating. Otherwise, the staff is great, fast, and efficient!
Epic sandwich! Made just how I like it. The food is always fresh, the staff friendly and I feel like I always get my money's worth. Shout out to the staff for the great lunch.

I've been to this franchise all across the country, and it is consistently very good. Fresh food at a reasonable price, and always made to order. Nice staff as well.
This Jersey Mike’s is in my opinion the best around the area. The staff is always super friendly and the sandwich is always made perfectly!
