After being evacuated from our home in superior and having no place to eat the morning staff here at jersey mikes lent a helping hand to us with a meal!!! I can’t express the gratitude I feel after being faced with such tragedy. If I could give 1,000,000 stars I would. Thank you!
Disgusting watching the lady go from working the register taking cash, giving coin change, scratching her face. then immediately going to putting toppings on sandwiches all with the same gloves on. Gloves are meant to be changed after contamination, not left on your whole shift.

Bad customer service. No one even said hi or asked me what I needed while I was standing awkwardly at the front counter with my DoorDash bag. I moved over the the “order here” sign to finally get eye contact from one of the 3 girls who abruptly said “We’re finishing all the orders, ok?” …not a be right with you or hi, we’ll have that done shortly. No bye or have a good night. I worked in hospitality for a long time, and still work in customer service as a business owner. I would have gotten a write up from my managers back in the day for being negligent or rude.
Just love their subs.
