Went for lunch today 5/20/2022.Vehicles were in front of us but could hear the person talking thru the speaker, he was very abrupt and rude.He kept saying is that all you need .When we finally placed our order if we could have we would have left but blocked in the line.We got to the window and he said the amount, she handed him the credit card and he did not say anything, especially thank you.He handed her the drinks then the bag of food.and closed the window, we pulled into the parking lot to check order and it was wrong, had ordered loaded tacos and we got loaded fries.Had to go back thru the drive thru , he came to the window and explained the issue he was so rude.I asked who the manager was and he stated that it was him.Then I explained how rude he was for being in that position and he slammed the window, never did apologize for the wrong order.Everyone want business but the are failing at the easiest part.Remember customers come to you and it’s not to be mistreated

Nothing is more frustrating than Google telling me this location is open only for some voice on their intercom to just shoo me away with "we're closed"....TWICE NOW. No point in bothering to take the gamble with this wholly incompetent location. Jack's food is only good when they're the only cheap option for late-night that's open otherwise anywhere else would be superior. Either update your hours or keep losing business because I'll be sure to warn my friends and family not to bother with this unreliable place. Stay home and just assume they're closed when their hours state they should be open. Save yourself the guessing game. Will not be returning, it's Denny's from now on price hike or not.
Horrible food and service at this location. There is no need to contact you. I want nothing and you can't do anything as it is the new normal. No personnel willing to work for any amount of pay. Dining was room not open, long wait at drive-thru with just one car at window when I pulled up. Cold old toast for sandwich, overcooked eggs, dry and quite frankly, disgusting... should I go on? Worse experience at Jack's ever. I normally eat at Jack's in Cali (West) and Carolina (East). When in Colorado I will definitely steer clear of Jack's
Normally this location is really good about always getting it right but today. Both is my sodas were straight colored soda water and they left out one of my orders I'd tacos... I live for the tacos after a bad day so I was really let down to find I was missing one of the two orders of 2 tacos (receipt even shows two orders so it wasn't a misunderstanding)
Always giving me old fries but the rest of my food fresh.
They are 0 for 5 here. Have yet to get order or price right and we had better plan ahead because we WILL be spending 20+min in the drive through. Get proper help.
There must be a sauce shortage with all the supply chain issues or something.... That is the only reasonable explanation why my tiny tacos big box just came with 3 empty sauce holders with not a single sauce in site.... And yet I could witness a tiny breaded chicken nub rolling around where my sauces were supposed to be. I was so excited for them because I love these stupid tiny tacos, but after trying to eat 25 dry tiny tacos I have seemed to have lost my desire for them.
I went through the drive through to pick up ngrub hub ordern. The gentleman who jabbed me my food told me.thay they didn't have NY Mike ND grub hub was just going to have to refund my customer their money. There was no reason to be rude or talk to me like that in qnyway.
With a long task list of snacks and orders waiting on a machine break down this Jack in the Box is a disaster but no lie they have banger food. Their district manager sucks, the general manager is cool. And the morning shift manager is a true hero!
