Food was great. Service was great. Slightly confusing menu. But overall good
Ordered via Uber eats. Idk what's wrong with this location. The Five Guys back home in Illinois have much larger portion sizes and the food is generally hot / warm!!
Super dope burgers, haven’t been in a while, we loved it! Better than most of Denver’s hipster burger joints.
Good burgers and fries! Clean store long wait
Always a good burger. The staff were super friendly and helped to make the experience a good one. Have to say the only down side is the price. Fries are plentiful and fresh cut making them a great addition to the meal. The down side is almost $9 bucks for a burger. Even in the current economic environment that's on the high end even for such a good burger. Worth a visit just keep cost in mins as it's not the dollar menu.
Still a great burger and fabulous hot, salty, brown french fries. No more roasted peanuts in the shell and no more dispense-your-own ketchup. Now they give you packets of ketchup. They still have the fancy, modern ice and soft drink dispensers and new-to-me even have a tea machine that dispenses several flavors of iced tea including sweet southern and sweet green teas! Amazing! The little machine is just like the one at Yianni's Greek restaurant on Colfax in Lakewood.
I stopped in tonight to pickup some food a little after 9pm.The two guys a working were really friendly and nice! They chatted with me while the fries were finishing up.I love the fries from here! There were hot and crispy! So fresh! Thanks so much guys! I appreciate the friendly service and conversation!
Inconsistent food and what feels like inadequate staffing/training anytime after 6pm. Times are tough for employees right now, I get it and really feel for them. Hopefully this is constructive feedback... Fries have been undercooked the last 2 times we've come. This last time the fries were inedible. Also half were cajun and the other half regular. We had to bring them back because they were nearly raw potatoes. And this location does not seem to give the same amount of fries as others. For 30 dollars for two burgers, a drink, and a regular fry, the fries should be edible and able to feed two normal adults.
The food is beyond expensive is over $5.00 for a small fry, I don't understand, are the potatoes that hard to grow, are they that different than the 10lb bag of potatoes that I can buy for $7.00 at king soopers. It was $23 for just 2 cheeseburgers. Won't be eating there any more
I used to like Five Guys. We ordered for delivery through the Five Guys website, and the website uses Uber to deliver. One of the two burgers was completely wrong, not even close to what we ordered. The shake was missing. The store Mgr refused to deliver the correct burger and shake, saying it was Ubers fault.
