I went in when 9 adults and 7 kids. When I walked in there were other parties similar in size. It took them 15 min to even ask for our drinks, and everything else took longer. We ordered the kids food first and they forgot a plate, the waitress says "if people see a plate they need they will just take it" WHAT!? you are barley helping us and you're not even in the kitchen making sure we get what we ordered!? I ordered ceviche, you don't even have to cook that, and it came out last (45min later) to top it off they are BLASTING music so you can't have a conversation and clearly the servers can't hear because of it.I've been a server so to me this is unacceptable. At better restaurants if a server gets a party my size that's the ONLY table they are responsible for, and it's clear why now. Our server barley paid attention to us and got upset when we asked her for things like napkins and plates. And to not have someone in the back making sure the whole table of food comes out together is ridiculous. I'm never coming here again
This would have been a ONE star review if it weren't for Valerie. She showed us true caring and offered kind service even when the restaurant was slammed, had no AC, and our actual server couldn't get to us. Thank you, Valerie! Fun atmosphere. VERY LOUD though. Hard to have a conversation over the music. Also, my dish was spicy and none of the listed ingredients should have been.
Waited 2 hours (standing up ) to be seated after being told I would wait half an hour. The food was okay but not that great. Was not explained that the menu was online as other tables were getting the actual menus on hand. BAD customer service, they need to be replaced and trained. Heard glass breaking a few times. Was charged $19 as a tip without being told. Spent about $200. Was it worth it?…. N.O. … Would love to see a change as this is one of my favorite restaurants. However, not thinking of returning here ??
Bueno comida y cervezas! I had the garlic shrimp and rice. Micheladas with modelo especial had a good flavor with chili and salt rim.
This place used to be my go to. I’ve been here in the past 2 years and it has completely gone downhill. From service all the way to the food.We were sat and had to wait over 15 min to get our drink order in and waited another 30 min to get our food order in. The waiter ignored us multiple times and eventually we had to flag her down. The food was ok, the food me and my wife received was less the average in taste and quality.The shrimp were cold and the bacon was too. The Tortillas were served cold. My wife ordered a molcajete Michoacán and it looked like they served her the remains from someone’s else’s molcajete. We got dessert and the cake was still frozen! If I could give 0/10 I would. Spend your hard earned money else where!
If you want to experience the whole enchilada of Mexican cuisine, this is definitely the place to go. It's festive, they've got music playing and food is exquisite! The tortillas are even homemade!However, please be warned that the service is horrible. We waited almost 30 mins for them to take our order. I should say, the food prep time was not bad at all. We wanted dessert but no one would come and check on us - I finally grabbed however was passing by. They again took forever to give us the check. At least they came after I waved at someone like crazy. They were prompt to give us the check with an added 18% tip. If we didn't agree with the gratuity we had to speak to a manager but they went ahead and just removed it.To sum it all up - I think I'm willing to go back but I'd have to wait a long while to forget about the bad customer service experience. It's too bad, I really love their food.
Service was okay. Although their menus aren't updated and after we order the waitress did mention that since the pandemic their prices went up which it's understandable. My main concern is they include the gratitude price with the check. Which I paid our check was 148.35 but yet today when I checked my account they charged me 163.53 has this happened to anyone else?

No taste at all ! Food with no flavor , fresh flautas de camarón , the worst ever , music too loud , fajitas very dry , the hostess was not very friendly , our waitress was nice after all , no coming back at all !
