Overall, the employees do a fantastic job all the way around. But for the first time ever I received my order an hour after placing it. The pizza was like day old cold pizza and my salad was frozen. Yuck! Even though I can never say enough about how great a job they do, this time it was a great disappointment. One free two topping pizza doesn't even come close to the two pizzas and a salad that I ordered and had to waste.
The last order I put in never showed up, was given refund and told two free pizzas. Never got the free pizza. Placed an order a few days later, order was cancelled after 10 minutes, without reason or notice. Sure it was 30 minutes before close, but the delivery was still available par store hours. Easily fulfillable, idk what happened to this store.I've never had issues till the last few months .either way you've lost business. Do better, do so much better. Or I won't be the only one who notices the downward service.

Tried curbside pick up.....I pulled up, checked in, and within seconds my pizza was placed safely in back of vehicle. The man who delivered even closed the back end of my vehicle. Out of all the places I have used curbside...he is the only actual gentleman who has done that.I added tip of $3.00 to my $14.00 total when I placed my order, but after delivery service like that I immediately went back in and asked for change so I could leave bigger tip. Hopefully the gentleman who brought my pizza out got entire $8.00 for $14 ?

Been using the app to order for years. It stopped working for this restaurant specifically about 6 months ago. I walked in and asked the manager what it was up? He said it happens sometimes. Ok... Cool well I haven't got it to work at all and you guys have no solutions. So! You lost my business. Cheers!

I had so many problems with this specific store that I started going to a different Dominos a little farther away that is way better. They screwed up five orders in a row putting garlic seasoning on the crust that I specifically ordered without, having half the pizza with little to no cheese on it, crust so thin the toppings fell through it, and leaving about three inches of bare crust to skimp on toppings. They were supposed to give me a refund on one of them and never did. Hands down the worst Dominos I’ve ever had numerous times in a row.

The garlic bread was good but our pizza was totally dried out with not much cheese and it was "Brooklyn style" yet much smaller than I recalled from ordering one last year. I ordered it to a bar I was at for trivia to share, plus a pasta and sides and no napkins or plates came with it . We used to love this dominos but over the last 2 years every time we try it something is inedible. Previous recent orders it was the opposite problem, food - had gotten way too greasy, the pizza and cheese bread. I think we give up on them. Fast delivery.
