The staff is a bunch of teenagers with no training what’s so ever. At least train them on customer service and how to talk to the guests. I always come here because this location is close to my home. I mostly come here to treat my daughter so they are really lucky to get my money because coming from the service industry myself this place is filthy and always trashed. I watch them prepare my child & I ice cream with poor hygiene and they never clean or rinse the equipment they prepare ice cream with. So be careful if anyone visits this location with any allergies.
I love Dairy Queen so I don’t want to give a bad review, BUT I want the owner to know that I have driven over several times a hour before closing and the workers there turn off all the lights and turn off the open sign to make it look like it is closed………as a biz owner I would be upset because that is turning away business and is very misleading. I walked in before and the employees were in fact still there, but not happy to see another customer.
It is get and fresh. Cones especially dip want to melt n drip fast. It's not even warm yet out. Bring a bowl.

This is the only location that always gets my drinks perfect! The staff is so nice and quick. I drive all the way from Westminster to this location. The plus is this one is an Orange Julius ??
The kids that work here are pretty phenomenal. They almost always get our order right and keep things moving. They are usually pleasant and worth visiting for an ice cream treat!

We've had consistently friendly, efficient service here. The drive through can back up on a warm weekend night when everyone else had the same idea, and when it is, it's easier to access from Pierce than 38th
We went to this Dairy Queen this past Friday night. We were the only ones on the lobby and no one was at the drive up but it took 15 minutes for someone to take our order. There were 4 young ladies all standing by the drive up window just laughing away and paying no attention to the lobby. When someone finally took the orders they mixed them up and had to redo one of them. Will not be returning to this Dairy Queen?
