Leo and his crew gave me excellent customer service and I'm sorry if I don't remember the name of the girl who made my burrito but it was EXCEPTIONAL. Keep up the great work, it's not going unnoticed.
Never been to this chipotle but I would never go again. I went here because I thought it was closer to my work on my 30 minute lunch break and I ordered tacos simple right! I guess not they don’t read here because all I wanted was soft tacos they can get all the ingredients right but they put it in a hard shell that’s absolutely disgusting hopefully they learn to read their orders from now on. Thanks for ruining my 16 dollar lunch!
Lame. Why order the new quesadilla box special when it doesn’t show up like that. And no salsa delivered.
Stopped in at 7:30 on Friday night, it wasn't too busy. Ordered 2 salads and burrito with chicken. Chicken had a lot grizzle and fat on chunks of chicken and seemed slightly under cooked. While ordering from the young woman over the glass, she was rushing us and barking "what next, what next, what next as we made our selections - not in a customer service friendly way but - hurry up and move along and leave. We spend $35 on meals that weren't delicious but gross and left feeling like we were a bother to the staff. If the employee fails - it's the Manager's fault.
It wasn't very busy in mid afternoon so we had quick service. Wife liked it. It was a good experience for us. Everyone was wearing a mask except when eating. Staff was masked.
Ordered and paid online. ..picked up off shelve. Didn't talk with anyone. Worked good and food good as always.
Horrible customer service. Will never spend another dollar here again. Rude employees. Don't waste your money here.
