The last few times we were here, it was super rough - orders were not right, service was just abysmal.Came in tonight and it is a night and day difference. Major turnaround from there last few months. Food was fast, and melt-your-face-off fresh. Staff were helpful and attentive. Attitude at all stations was majorly improved. Like, major major improvement.Manager Steven came to check on us multiple times, and server Lizzy was on top of everything.Glad we have this chili's another chance. Very much made things right in my mind.
A huge shout out to the team working on Wednesday 5/18! There was only one tenured server on the floor, but between the manager, the team and her it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Somehow she had time to check on us 3 times and the manager checked in too! I work in retail and it’s hard right now with staffing. This manager did an amazing job running this ship!
This was the first time we came here. We were met with a long 20 minute wait and actually decided to leave. Not to get into the details but we were met with another very angry patron who chased us out front and screamed at us eventually slapping my wife in the face. I intervened and got attacked by her partner. He swung at me and scratched up my neck. My wife ran back inside and called the police. They were quick to high tail it out of there. Leading us to believe that they had some issues with the law already.Despite all that we waited inside for the police which never showed. We were treated amazing by three specific people. One young server that I didn't catch her name, Bailey and Bob. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped us have a very enjoyable evening. Thank for the stellar service.
I was so hungry around 830pm.. And nothing was open! But Chili's was ?Service by Bailey was excellent. Even though she was the only server, she was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.We order Chicken crispers, southwest egg rolls, boneless buffalo chicken salad and bottomless chips and salsa and everything was DELICIOUS. Chili's with the Win tonight ✔?
Great place, friendly staff, friendly manager, I love it would be back again soon, baby back ribs, corn and mashed potatoes were delicious
There are staff shortages everywhere right now and loads of places have long wait-times, but this restaurant did an incredible job with such quick, attentive staff! Our waitress, Patience, was an absolute joy!All in all, the food was great and the staff provided great customer service! ?
Food was tasty and came out of the kitchen hot but our waitress was not attentive at all. I had to ask a separate waitress just for a glass of water and my margarita didn't come until after we were done eating.
My daughter Maggie and I LOVE coming here. Your staff is just absolutely amazing and my food is always wonderful! No matter how busy they are, my drink is always filled and the service is always fast! Thank you again! We love you guys! SEE YOU SOON!
Chilies is always good. They could clean up the place better. Mango chilie chicken was not my favorite . I'll be back for the Margarita grilled chicken
Took forever for the beers to come, got my salad before they came. Okay food and okay place nothing bad to say.
