Don't go to this Burger King, they will mess up your order. Today I went and ordered 2 of the 2 for $5, and 2 of the $5 your way bag (which should come with a Burger, nuggets, fries and a drink) a large fries, and a large onion ring. What I got was 2 sandwiches, and my large fries and onion rings. All 4 of my 2 for $5 sandwiches are not in the bag. You get a busy tone when you call. I would driver to the other Burger Kings if you really want it, or just go to the MANY other fast food restaurants down the street.

One of the worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King...The manager made a mistake on my order and did not give me the correct sandwiches. I proceeded to call days and was busy..for 4 days! I never actually spoke to a live person. When I finally came up to the restaurant to address the manager she became irate.. Very unprofessional.. I never got my complete order remade. I don't know if she cares about the customers at all but you don't yell at the customer. She said she was frustrated because several people had came back to her restaurant do her restaurant telling her that they messed up their order. That's not my fault she and her staff can't get things together. But to take it out on somebody like this was over the line. I proceeded to pull around and get chewed out by her.I'm very disappointed in Burger King, her, the owner or management staff that allow this type of behavior.Disappointing..

Anybody that knows me knows that I do not like to leave bad reviews no matter how bad the experience but the person running the drive-thru window is incapable of understanding any questions. I asked a question three times in a row with the repeat can I take your order. I asked if she heard my question and she again repeated with can I take your order. She was rude and somewhat incoherent.

Never go here, I asked them to cook my order fresh because their food is always old and very gross, they said yes they'll make it fresh and I opened my burger and it was hard and cold. I asked them if they could remake it because it was definitely past its sit time and they said no and wouldn't refund my money. This is the worst location ever! I love burger King food but this location completely fails on all levels, I will never be coming to this location again. I highly recommend not going here, worst food, worst service then any burger King I've been to. -10(negative 10) out of 10 stars. Worst place ever. I wish I could give this location negative stars, because they don't deserve not 1 star at all

Just bought bacon king meal and it was cold if they just pulled it out from the fridge and cheese was not even melted it was cold cheese, tried calling the store but the phone number has a constant busy signal, and not the mention my fries were old and you guessed it COLD.Would have gone back but had to go back to work. There goes my eleven bucks. POS.

So far every day something is wrong except for a handful I guess there's a new person there. Today's special event was they gave me coffee full of coffee grounds and I wouldn't have known if my coffee didn't spill in the car... The past two times I've been here I didn't get a straw. I asked for a bacon croissant and I got a ham. When I got my Whopper meal they tried to short me a fry and made me wait when I did an online order 4 or 5 people before they got mine. In my opinion you cannot trust this place inspect your food and drink before you leave, drink it, or eat it. Also it was made a while ago the bacon was soggy on my sandwich and cold tots...

This was Burger Kings last chance with me. For over a year I've been enjoying the buy one - get one or rather 2 for $6 mix n' match. I'd always get 2 whoppers no cheese and no onion (one for later or sometimes I just want another note or two). However, the last couple of months the sandwiches have been coming out not very desirable. On more than a few occasions I've thrown the entire order, less one or two bites(away . Too much grease, over cooked, under cooked, brown lettuce, brown tomatoes (okay, maybe not brown but soggy and sickly l), so I've literally been dreading each time I've got the craving. Well last night, they were closed 45 minutes early.. Maybe I should be thankful? Just another way to disappoint. Did I mention that I drove out of way, not just to get burger King like I used to, but because they were the only place open after 11pm.. My Saviors!? Not so Much :/

Horrible horrible horrible customer service experience!! I ordered my food online upon getting there it was 4:45 pm on a Sunday, they said they were close. Because they had only few people and they were short staffed. Now in all my experience as a shift usually when you were short staffed you still push through that just means other people have to cover things it only takes three to four people to run a Burger King it's not that hard. I called corporate let them know what the situation hopefully gets rectified

I love this location. The manager is amazing. The food hot and fresh. And the drive through is always on point and super fast.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat. Restaurant was clean. Bathrooms were tidy. And food was fresh and delicious. I don’t always expect great customer service from fast food joints. But the manager is actually the one who took the time to take my order and created a nice conversation while I was waiting for my food. I had a pleasant experience.
