Possibly the worst I've ever been to.Had to ask for catchup, salt, fork, etc. All kept behind counter. They didn't ask if you wanted anything when you got your meal. Acted like we were bothering them. Freezing cold inside. Older gentlemen cleaning constantly doing a great job, he got the 2 stars. Burgers were microwaved NOT so-called flame-broiled. Not even hot. Fries greasy, limp leftover.Yuck ?

I ordered a fish sandwich here, and boy was it stale. It was so hard I almost had to crunch into it with my teeth like a pretzel every time I bit the patty. I can tell you hire people who really don't want to be there, there is no reason the bread and patty should be this stale. It was awful, every bite got stuck under my front teeth it was so stale.

I actually used to enjoy getting Burger King. It's more like a special treat I give myself because I typically don't do fast food.Burger King was an exception until the weekend. I ordered 2 whopper Jr. and 2 fries. As I opened my 2nd burger, there was, OH MY GOD, a used bandaid stuck to the bottom outside of the bun. I wasn't sure if my eyes were playing tricks or something so I decided to take it off and it was literally stuck to the bun. I am so disgusted I still want to vomit and it's been 3 days!! I didn't dine in and unfortunately I didn't get a picture because I was so sick to my stomach.I would rather eat out of a used ashtray than deal with what I saw.So horrifying. I will never eat here again. I hope whoever reads this chooses not to eat there as well.

Wow they hit the trifecta of bad service in one shot! I went through drive thru. The cashier had a surly attitude, didn't receive any napkins and didn't get any sauce for the chicken nuggets. If they have staffing issues they would be better off closing early then to treat customers this way. Too bad there isn't an option to give less than one star.

Worst place ever. Worst manager ever no customer service. I went this morning ordered 2 ham and cheese croissant sandwiches no egg, I got all egg and no meat. I was on my way to work, can't turn around and the intersection and construction make it worse, so I try to call, the phone rings like 30x no answer so I call 3 more times until someone answer and says he doesn't have time for this there's a new person in training, so you don't have time to teach your trainee the right thing, you don't have time to teach your trainee to check what's going out. Says I have to come back today for a refund, won't do anything else, says his name is Francisco and the other manager is Andrew Ledesma, train your people better, train your managers better

To most people a Burger King is a Burger King, no matter where you go. But I went to this one for lunch one day and it was not busy, the service was fast and friendly and the general seating area was clean and the tables were not covered in old dried ketchup stains. The table that I was sitting at had a touchscreen which you could play games on, but the screen brightness was very low and the touch sensitivity almost non responsive but not bad for a free kids game. This location also has one of those touchscreen drink dispensers that features around 50 different flavors of Coke products

Just got tha ch'king and it was uneat able jus tendons and batter.. cant believe they served me that.. I wasn't expecting 5 stars or nothing but that was disgusting. Safe to say I won't be back...

Used to like coming to this location but the last two times I've gone we have had the bad experience of finding hair on our food. It felt like they dropped the meat on the floor and just picked it up and put it in a bun. Both times it wasn't just one strand of hair it was like 5-6 strands of hair. Very gross. So I prefer to drive all the way to the location on 80th and Sheridan Blvd to get a better service and better BK food.

They were so nice. I only ordered fries and they made sure that they were fresh and hot and I got plenty in my box.

The burger was cold and tasted old, I asked the bk employee over the Drive-through to give me some ranch on the side, she agreed, when I received the order I confirmed with her if she put some ranched she replied yes, when I arrived at my office, Cold burger, no ranch, disappointment. Oh yeah and no receipt.
