My visit on Easter was tragic. Not only did I wait on the speaker for an extended amount of time but my order was wrong and my food was cold.There wasn't any cars ahead of me but I still spent at LEAST 15 minutes at the window with another 7-10 trying to place my order.The cashier argued with me that my combos didn't come with drinks so cool.....whatever but to pull over to eat and have my food cold was ridiculous. This used to be my favorite family restaurant to eat but this whole restaurant has become a disaster
I love Boston Market! But, I haven't eaten at this location in a long time. I can assure you, this place has definitely gone downhill. I came in on Sunday night, dinner time and the place is dead... Now I understand why!They're all out of dark meat, out of drinks and half of their sides! The white meat was cold and extremely dry, the creamy spinach tasted old and crusty the Mac and Cheese was room temperature, at best.This was by far the worst Boston Market experience we have ever had. I truly hope the owner reads these comments because the management team at this location is destroying this business with their neglect!!!Please correct your inventory and food quality issues, this is disgraceful and heartbreaking.
Ordered from these guys and the food was cold they gave me way too much spinach missing half a chicken. I never complain but this was bad.
I was so pleased with the staff, the food, the prices and the overall experience. The staff here offered one of the best experiences of most any place I've been. They offered to make sure my food was fresh, well prepared and tasted delicious. I was so pleasantly surprised at their willingness to please customers. They are obviously well trained and have awesome personalities. Great job to the management and staff. I will definitely be returning.

I infrequently eat at Boston Market but had a craving for mashed potatoes. Tried the chicken fried steak. So disappointing, lots of chicken but no flavor. Breading tastes like flour and small dollop of gravy on top soaked into breading. Won't buy it again.
This is the first time I've ever eaten at a Boston market, so I don't know how representative it is, but it definitely reduces the likelihood that I would ever eat at another one. The food all tasted like it had been at least a week since it was originally cooked. I feel like it's probably borderline health code violation territory. The interior decor of the restaurant is badly in need of renovation. It feels like it hasn't changed since the eighties.Staff were great though. It's just clear the owner is cutting corners. It does not compare favorably to other fast food restaurants in the area.
The food was hot, fresh and of good quality. The hot case looked nice, and the lobby was pretty clean with the exception of the overflowing trash receptacle. The staff was friendly and attentive. As a former manager of Boston Market I am more particular than some. good experience over all
The guy at the window asked me if I wanted gravy 4 times. No cranberries. I have no clue Wth happened to the turkey ? Diced so they can give you half the amount of meat? 1or 2 Tablespoons of Spinach. Last time I went to this location, they left my meatloaf meal out. Called and asked for a manger. She said she would call me back. Didn't happen. Real hard to support businesses like this. Everyone on their phones?? 44th Wadsworth in Whtg Co. I might be done with Boston Market for good. At least this location for sure!
Order curbside pickup! Once I got to the restaurant I was parked in the curbside parking and attempted to call the number provided 4 times and received no answer. I finally had to go through the drive through to receive my order. There is no purpose of curbside pickup in my opinion if this was going to happen!
