If you're the owner of this store and looking at this I'd encourage you to start accepting cardless payment methods, such as Google Pay or Apple Pay. This has been a thing for nearly 10 years. Its use among those under 50 with an income has been increasing at a rapid rate since it's release. I can only imagine the lost profits you must have when nearly all other major fast food chains accept Google and Apple pay.

The line is always packed at this drive through. But I don’t mind waiting when I really want Wendy’s. The food is usually hot and they get my order right. (Love Wendy’s fries)

Customer service sucks. Was picking up a DoorDash and the chick just told me the system was down and they couldn’t process any DoorDash orders even though the customer had already paid for it. She then didn’t offer any apologies as the store closed early and took ANOTHER order after me. Had to cancel the dash and missed out on peak pay. Irresponsible teens should not have a job if they can’t do the work or even the bare minimum required.

Found a hair in my potatoe. Went to get an exchange inside and the Spanish speaking staff made a joke not knowing I understood what they said. Note that it was the manager who said those hurtful words. I am shocked.. she needs training on how to treat customers. After all this they still got my order incorrect.DO NOT come here.

Great place to eat. Fresh, hot, very yummy french fries, best fast food fries!! Chili piping hot, very tasty. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean restaurant. I don't understand all the recent bad review, because I always get good service here and fresh food.

This Wendy's was exceptional to me and my family as we were rushing to work trying to get a bite to eat before a long shift, we were still able to make it to work on time because of how quickly they moved with the drive thru and they still got everything correct. The staff inside seem like they have a special bond and that's always wonderful to see in a work place. Some fast food restaurants you pull through and can tell there's no sense of friendship in the store. If a job isn't fun for you your customers will definitely notice. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

Stopped by for lunch, bathroom was locked and I was told a purchase must be made before I use the restroom. WOW, way to treat people with dignity. I left without making a purchase.Please people, take a second thought on how we treat each other.Wendy’s: Come on, really, like the server job isn’t hard enough. Now they are tasked with treating people with less dignity as part of the job.Shame on all of you!

My bf wanted a vanilla frosty so we went through the drive-thru. There was 2 cars in front of us. While we waited for the car in front of us to order we could hear the employee saying that they didn't have a few stuff that the customer was trying to order. When it was our turn my bf ordered his shake and asked me if I wanted anything. I asked for a chocolate shake but was told they didn't have any! Seriously how can you NOT have chocolate?! I work in food service so I know that someone isn't ordering the correct amount of products. When we run out of product its always because our manager didn't order enough of it.

Person at the speaker rude beyond measure! It was wild.. She was short, had an attitude, and didn't offer a different option when asked about discontinued sauce. Its not that hard to be helpful or just not work with customers. Man at window was kind though. The food was soggy but complete.
